Tämä uudempi järvekoti on täydellinen paikka Lake Lanier-lomaasi. Tällä valtavalla laella sijaitsevalla rannalla sijaitsevalla kiinteistöllä on näkymät "suurelle vedelle" laiturista ja suurelle kaksoisliukkutelakalle, jossa on juhlatila, hiljaisella järven alueella Gainesvillessa, Georgiassa.

Tämä tilava koti sopisi täydellisesti perhelomailuun, perheenyhdistämiseen tai jopa pari perhettä oleskelevaan. Gainesville-järvellä, Lanier-järvellä, on paljon tilaa levittää ja nauttia lomastasi. Kiinteistö laskee veteen helpon kävelymatkan päässä laiturista - ei ole tasainen, mutta helposti hallittavissa hyvin hoidetulle polulle. Wifi on saatavilla ja siellä on toimistotila - täydellinen paikka lähellä kaukana muista aktiviteeteista päästäksesi hiljalleen.

Ulkona asumiseen on kolme kannella olevaa aluetta - kaksi katettua kannet - toisessa 3 kattotuuletinta - ja kansi ulkokeittiön ja palokuopan vieressä. Viihdettä varten on lautapelejä, iso taulutelevisio, älytelevisio, jossa on Blu-Ray-soitin, ja sekoituslautapöytä terassitasolla.

Kun olet järven rannalla, voit istua laiturilla ja nauttia auringosta suuren juhlatilan yläosassa tai pysyä alapuolella enemmän varjossa tai kalastuksessa. Joko sijainti antaa upeat näkymät järvien toimintaan. Järven eri venesatamissa voi vuokrata veneitä ja vesiskodeja, lähin on Port Royale. This place is amazing. Loved everything about it. Owner is responsive and very helpful. We had two teens, a toddler under 3 and then 5 adults. Our toddler slept in a pack n play in the walk in master closet. Plenty of room, worked perfectly. I would recommend a wagon or 2 to tote stuff down to the dock. It’s not far, but there is a steep hill (that is paved) as you walk back. Dock is very shady underneath and the ladder makes it easy to get out of the water. We will definitely rent again.

We brought our kids and grands down for a week on the lake. This house was everything we needed it to be. There is nothing you need ( and if you do the store is only 5 minutes away). There is lots of space indoors and out. We will definitely be back!

We had a great time at the lake house! Plenty of room, nice kitchen, great patio and fire pit, loved the covered deck for coffee in the mornings. Owner was amazing with communication. We had a couple of issues which were addressed right away. We loved the property but would have loved to see more of the lake from the house. We also unexpectedly had someone on crutches and the trip down to the dock was steep and further than we thought. Just something to keep in mind. The dock was great. We rented a boat and docked it and fished from there as well. The lake was awesome. We ventured out each day and found a small beach in different areas of the lake and enjoyed lounging and exploring the water. The lake where the house is located is perfect for swimming, boating, jetskiing. It’s a quieter area than the main part of the lake. Much more relaxed and enjoyable. We took the boat to Pelican Pete’s for dinner one night and ice cream for a couple of other nights. Anything you might need is not far from the house… Walmart, Publix, Home Depot and restaurants. Even Pelican Pete’s wasn’t far to drive from the house. Thank you Joni for a great week.

Spacious Lake Home

This house is perfect for extended family and friends to enjoy the lake. Dock was great in a calm inlet. Bedrooms and living areas provided enough area for everyone to spread out or be together. Would definitely book again!

we had family and friends in for graduation of my son. the property was beautiful, very private.we just hung out, spent time by the fire, on the dock and relaxing on the porches. we did not really go out anywhere, cooked all meals on the property which was nice. i would rent this location again. john

DON'T PASS UP THIS OPPORTUNITY.

Not only is this home outstanding with beautiful morning scenery, the home owner Joni is as well. She kept perfect communication, even answered the phone at 11pm to accommodate me extending our stay. I travel for a living and have been to countless rentals, this here has been by far the best. If your looking for a good private spot on the lake, stop looking and hit book now. Property was fine, Joni came over and fixed the TV problem quickly. Kitchen was stocked but low inventory of paper towels, trash bags, no bar soap at all and Blankets. We went to store and bought things we needed. But be aware to take all these things. Grill needed some attention for sure.

Perfect house for a girl's weekend getaway

This was a great location for our girl's weekend getaway to celebrate a friend. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate 10 ladies comfortably. The house has a great setup and there wasn't anything we needed outside of the suggested things to bring. Joni was great to work with and easily accessible to answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Great location and very clean

This is a great location on the lake because it's not on the main thoroughfare. Businesses and restaurants are not far away. The house is very clean and has the kitchen dishes and cookware you would need. Part of the walk to the lake is quite steep, but it is well maintained. Just be aware. The houses nearby were quiet making it a peaceful getaway. We had a great visit!

Amazing location

We stayed with our family of 12 and the property was absolutely perfect. The bedroom layout works perfect for multiple adult couples, or for parents with older children. The basement is super cozy and comfortable and allows plenty of room for playing games or watching a movie together. The dock at the lake was perfect and in a perfect location on the lake!

The house was amazing! The doc was so much fun. Everyone in our group loved every minute! We rented kayaks through the property manager. It was easy and inexpensive. The property manager was always communicating and friendly. This was one of our best vacations.

Beautiful Property

This property was perfect for our group of 8 adults to enjoy our annual golf getaway. There was plenty of room for all to sleep and the basement area provided plenty of entertainment for our group to enjoy during the evenings. The shuffleboard amenity gave us a two night event of a friendly tournament. Additionally, the downstairs table along with additional fridge & sink/bar area was perfect for our poker night and allowed some of us older folk to save the wear on our knees from having to travel upstairs for food or drinks while enjoying the entertainment area. The dock area was beautiful & one of our members in the group caught a decent sized Bass fairly quickly. Plenty of fish seen around the area to further enjoy if interested. The outside firepit & grill area was awesome and was used on our first night by the group. The grill was easy to use and large enough that we were able to cook 24 burgers on one cook. The owners were excellent to work with and even accomadated to some of our group that happened to be in the area as early arrivals. They checked on us the day of arrival to ensure we all arrived safely and checked to make sure we didn't have any further questions or needed anything. We absolutely loved this property and will definitely keep it top on our list for any future trips. This is definitely a property that is well worth the money for what you receive in return!!!

Wonderful property

Our multigenerational family enjoyed our spring break here with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and fire pit and the dock allowed us to bring our boat along for the fishers in the family.
