Tucked away in the peaceful Kirkwood neighborhood, it offers modern amenities and a serene connection to nature. Enjoy professional design, pro cleaning, comfy beds, backyard, screened in porch, a spacious layout, TV’s in every room + all the amenities you will need on a campus visit, work trip, hospital visit, or adventure through Florida.

The Space:
The perfect place for those visiting UF or those wanting to experience the natural wonder of North Florida, such as the beautiful Paynes Prairie, freshwater springs, like Ginnie Springs (only a 40-minute drive)!

This fully remodeled, concept-designed, single story home, features a King Bed Master Bedroom with en-suite bath, a Queen bedroom, a third bedroom with two twin beds, and a shared bath. You'll also find a queen pullout sofa and two premium quality rollaway bed. With 7 beds, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in total. Plentiful clean linens and towels are always provided to make sure all guests enjoy a great night's sleep.

Everything in the home is brand new, professionally designed, and professionally cleaned after every guest. Enjoy a full kitchen with butcher-block countertops, hard floors, WiFi, and large LED TVs in every room with streaming capability for Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, news, sports, and all of your favorites!

We also provide shower necessities including brand-name body soap, shampoo & conditioner, hand soap, fresh towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

Coffee, natural sugar, cream and a variety of herbal teas are also provided complimentary!

You'll have the driveway to park in addition to free street parking all around the home. We’ve gotten it all taken care of for you!
