Suuri perhehuvila, jossa on 5 ulkoa kahden hengen huonetta ja nÀkymÀt .. Kahden makuuhuoneen sviitit terassilla. Kaksi huonetta erilaisissa ympÀristöissÀ. Schöne Villa

Das Haus war sehr schön und auch gut eingerichtet.Die Umgebung ruhig,der Pool und die Sauna auch klasse.Die SchlĂŒsselĂŒbergabe problemlos und auf Fragen hat der Gastgeber sofort geantwortet.Einziges minus ,es hat bei starkem Regen ,in einem Bad etwas NĂ€sse gegeben.Sonst alles wunderbar

Great spot, big house

It was mostly really nice but there were a few weird things, like there was no soap available in any bathrooms and very little warm water. But the house was big and fairly clean, we enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic house!

The house was really nice. We were 10 people and had lots of space to everyone. The kitchen was well equipped. The host really sweet And replied quickly.The location was great when you have rented cars in the greener part of the island.

holiday ladies

Wir sind 6 Freundinnen zwischen 40 und 60 Jahren. Uns war wichtig ein großes Haus mit 6 Schlafzimmern zu finden, deshalb haben wir uns fĂŒr diese Villa entschieden. Die haben wir aber leider nicht, wie im Inserat versprochen, vorgefunden, sondern nur 5 Zimmer. Ebenso haben wir keinen Whirlpool gefunden. Der Zustand der Villa ist grenzwertig, Schimmel in verschiedenen Zimmern, Duschvorhang total verschimmelt, an der Aussenwand fĂ€llt der Putz ab usw. Der Garten ist schön und gepflegt, die Aussicht sehr schön, der Pool ist ok, Die Villa mĂŒsste dringend renoviert werden.

Gorgeous grounds and large living space

Multi level villa with plenty of space for everyone. We lived outside for the whole week. 1km to fast road everywhere, big supermarkets and few jams to nearest small town. Get a car and go explore!

Note 1. Es war super. Sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Viel Raum, viel FlĂ€che, extra Spielzimmer fĂŒr Kinder, extra Spieltisch fĂŒr Gesellschaftsspiele. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt. Die KĂŒche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt. Blick auf Teneriffa war atemberaubend. Sofortiger Kontakt bei RĂŒckfragen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt.

Spacious Villa with nice views

The villa is clean , well equipped and spacious especially the living areas. The property is however showing its age and could badly do with some general repairs and decoration, the main skylight in the hall leaks and makes the stairs wet and extremely slippery in wet weather . The skylight cover in the second on suite bathroom blew off in high winds and caused water ingress , it was held down with rocks and not properly secured. The dishwasher didn’t work and had to be replaced during our stay , plus the some of the lights don’t work and on inspection the wiring looked dangerous.

Family holiday

The property was easy to get to, but suitably secluded with amazing views. It was very comfortable to live in and had everything needed. Owners were easy to contact and provided info on everyrhing required. We would definately return.

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely week at the property. It is huge, much more space than we were expecting. The kids spent hours exploring the gardens & playing in the pool. Hire car is essential as the villa is very remote but remote was what we were looking for.

Beautiful views but tired property

Overall we had a good stay. The views are stunning, the pool is a good size and the area is great for lounging, and the property is well-located next to supermarkets. Check-in was easy and there is an alarm to set when away from the property. There were some aspects that we didn’t enjoy however: - The kitchen is very cluttered and has a lot of unusable cookware (e.g. all non-stick pans had their coating flaking off). The dishwasher socket wasn’t working during our stay so the suggested solution was to run an extension cable down the back of the wet sink (felt unsafe). - The master bedroom is extremely hot after facing into the sun all day, even with shutters down. There is no A/C or a portable fan and we were very uncomfortable at night. The bedding also smelled sweaty on our arrival. - The bathrooms are very cluttered with sticky, half-used toiletries from previous stays. We felt this made the property feel unclean. - The property felt tired and in need of repair. Many cracks in the walls and tiles, one set of shutters were broken which blocked the view from the living area, many lightbulbs were missing or broken. This property has great potential and would make for a wonderful holiday with some updates and a clear-out.

Das Haus macht was es soll / Die Außenanlage gut und Aussicht wunderschön

Wir waren im MĂ€rz/April 2023 mit unserer 4-köpfigen Familie dort. In der Bebilderung im Portal sieht das Haus wirklich schön aus, also bucht man und freut sich. Angekommen bekommt man von dem ersten Eindruck einen Zweiten, der ist dann genauer und lĂ€sst erkennen, dass dieses Haus mehr als nur in die Jahre gekommen ist. Der Verschleiß als auch die Pflege dieses Hauses lĂ€sst wirklich zu wĂŒnschen ĂŒbrig. Wir haben wirklich schon viele HĂ€user oder Wohnungen gesehen und gebucht, aber hier waren wir doch etwas "ĂŒberrascht". Wir können gar nicht alles aufzĂ€hlen, das wĂŒrde zu sehr ins Detail gehen. Vielleicht haben wir auch falsche Erwartungen. Die wohl fĂŒr alle kommenden GĂ€ste sind folgende: - die KĂŒche ist fertig, richtig fertig - die Lampen in der KĂŒche sind gelb vom Fett - ĂŒberall sind RĂŒckstĂ€nde und es ist nicht einladend dort - Das Steckerkabel der SpĂŒlmaschine ist provisorisch mit einer anderen zusammengesteckt. - es gibt aufgeplatzten Putz an vielen Ecken im / am Haus ( innerhalb und ausserhalb ) - die Terrassenfliesen haben viele Risse - das auf Bildern zu sehende Sprungbrett am Pool ist völlig durchgerostet. Wir haben unsere Kids kurz mal drauf gelassen, aber aus Angst das was passiert sie dann nicht mehr drauf gelassen In das Haus kamen wir mit einem SchlĂŒssel der fĂŒr uns hinterlegt wurde. Kontakt gab es mit Nathalie via WhatsApp, mehr nicht. Jeden Dienstag kam der Poolkeeper und hat seine Arbeit getan. Sonst hat man das Haus fĂŒr sich alleine und seine Ruhe. Das Haus ist groß, fĂŒr 4 Personen deutlich ĂŒberdimensioniert, aber wir suchten nach einem Haus im Norden der Insel, das war Ideal. Die Zufahrt zum Haus sind ca. 500 Meter Kies und Schotterweg. Ja, dieses Haus hat seine besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Aussenanlage sieht gut aus, die Gartenmöbel waren auch gut. Da sich natĂŒrlich viele GĂ€ste des Hauses vermutlich oft im freien aufhalten hat man hier aufgepasst und investiert. Deswegen kann man mit allem Abstand vom Zustand des Hauses absehen da man nur zu den Abendstunden daran erinnert wird. Internet ist OK, es gibt 2 WLAN Repeater die das Haus mit Internet versorgen, das klappt auch einigermaßen. FAZIT: Wir hatten eine gute Zeit auf der Insel. Wir haben viel gesehen und erlebt. Das Haus ist zum ĂŒbernachten OK, mehr nicht. Zum runter fahren und Sonnenbaden lĂ€dt die Außenanlage ein. Der Ausblick ist wirklich sehr sehr schön und das grĂ¶ĂŸte Plus. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder auf die Insel, aber nicht in dieses Haus

Amazing villa with a beautiful surrounding

we visited the villa at the beginning of march with seven people and enjoyed our time there very much. The accommodation offered enough space for all of us and definitely has a special charm. The pool with its own diving board provided a cool refreshment in the morning and in the evening you could watch the sunset with a breathtaking view of Tenerife. We can only recommend this accommodation to everyone and wish Fernando and Nathalie only the best for the future.

Sehr großes Villa mit tollem Ausblick

Das große Haus in Caldar liegt am Ende einer sehr gut zu befahrenden Schotterstraße am Rande von Caldar. Wunderschön eingebettet in die Natur. Eine großzĂŒgige Einfahrt bietet genĂŒgend ParkflĂ€che fĂŒr mehrere Autos falls man mit 2 oder drei Gruppen anreist. Die Kommunikation mit Nathalie war sehr professionell und und freundlich. Die ausfĂŒhrlichen Informationen und Instruktionen ĂŒber das Haus und die Funktionen aller technischen Anwendungen per Video, waren perfekt. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und diverse kleine Schönheitsfehler, lassen sich nicht mehr kaschieren, doch die Beschreibung und die Fotos bilden die RealitĂ€t ab. Es gibt halt einige Gebrauchsspuren, doch das schmĂ€lert den Aufenthalt in keinster Weise. Ein Hit ist der Pool, groß und tief, ideal um jederzeit richtige Bahnen zu schwimmen. Achtung nichtÂŽs fĂŒr Nichtschwimmer, oder Kleine Kinder. Die KĂŒche hat eine Vollausstattung, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Auch die Vorratskammer ist gut gefĂŒllt und fĂŒr alle NotfĂ€lle gerĂŒstet. Die Sauna mit Blick aufs Meer ist ein Highlight des Areals.Einzig, der Fitnessraum ist eigentlich nicht mehr zu benutzen. Hier bedarf es dringend einer Renovierung. Mit 10-12 Personen kann man in diesem Haus eine gute Zeit verbringen und es gibt genĂŒgend Platz ohne sich gegenseitig auf die FĂŒĂŸe zu treten. Magnifique domaine dans un endroit paisible

Magnifique domaine, pas de voisin, tranquille avec vue sur le Teide de Tenerife, entouré de belles montagnes. TrÚs beau jardin et piscine tous, bien entretenues. La maison est confortable et bien équipée, tout y est. Les épiceries (3) sont à plus de 1,5km. Nous avons fait un beau trek en partant de la maison car nous avons emprunté le chemin du réservoir du village en haut de la maison et nous nous sommes retrouvés à travers les montagnes avec vue imprenable sur l'Ile de Tenerife et les montagnes environnantes. Séjour inoubliable, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner avec ma famille ou amis.

Tolles Objekt

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht. Es ist zwar ein an manchen Stellen in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, aber das tut dem Charme des Hauses keinen Abbruch. Es ist sehr gerĂ€umig, mit viel Liebe ausgestattet und es mangelt an nichts. Ebenso toll ist die Gestaltung des großzĂŒgigen Außenbereichs. Vielen Dank👋😊

Erholsamer Urlaub im Ferienhaus

Positiv: sehr großes, sauberes und bestens ausgestattetes Ferienhaus; großer, aber insbesondere fĂŒr die Kinder etwas zu frischer Pool (Mitte Oktober); professionelle, aber etwas unpersönliche Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter; sehr schöne Aussicht von der Gartenseite auf das Meer und die Nachbarinsel Teneriffa; Garten- und Poolbereich sehr ansehnlich und schön gestaltet und bepflanzt; mehrere große LebensmittelmĂ€rkte in ca. 1 km Entfernung; Sauna im Garten (allerdings mit nur durchwachsener Heizleistung); gute Spielmöglichkeiten fĂŒr die Kinder und auch die Erwachsenen (Pool, Spielraum, Tischtennis, Kickertisch, großes GrundstĂŒck zum Entdecken); selbst fĂŒr grĂ¶ĂŸere Reisegruppen bestens geeignet (Schlafzimmer, BĂ€der, Wohn- und Essbereich etc.); Negativ: direkte bzw. nĂ€here Umgebung des Ferienhauses nicht wirklich schön und ansprechend (z.B. fĂŒr SpaziergĂ€nge, Joggingrunden oder Flanieren in nĂ€chster Umgebung auf jeden Fall nicht geeignet bzw. zu empfehlen); Mietwagen fĂŒr AusflĂŒge und Unternehmungen absolut notwendig; grundsĂ€tzlicher Instandhaltungsstau ist nicht mehr zu ĂŒbersehen, d.h. an diesem architektonisch durchaus ansprechenden Ferienhaus ist seit Fertigstellung vor wenigen Jahrzehnten (?) offensichtlich nicht mehr viel erneuert, renoviert und modernisiert worden (aktuell alles noch vertretbar, aber sicherlich in den kommenden Jahren ein Thema); zu wenig Sonnenliegen fĂŒr entsprechend grĂ¶ĂŸere Reisegruppen

Fijne week gehad in deze ruime woning

Alles is prima verlopen. Huis is ruim, voldoende handdoeken, bedlinnen, keukengerei, etc. Speelkamer is erg leuk voor kinderen. Onderhoud aan het huis is niet perfect maar voldoende. In de week dat wij er waren (begin oktober) was het wel bewolkt en soms regenachtig in het noorden, terwijl het in het zuiden zonnig en droog was. Auto is wel noodzakelijk, winkels op 5-10 min. rijden.

Excellent spacious property with many facilities

Good location on NW side of island with ever changing views from the villa across the sea to Mt Teide, over 10,00 ft, on Teneriffe island. Large main room with upper and lower lounge separated by dining area with enormous round dining table. Well equipped kitchen. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside: a good sized pool in a beautiful setting, sauna room, small gym , table tennis table and plenty of sun loungers with adequate shade. All you need for an enjoyable holiday. Plenty of walks within an hour's drive, especially near the centre of the island at height of around 6,000ft. Many of these roads can be quite demanding with large number of hairpin bends and often narrow up the extensive convoluted larva valleys. Food shopping easy with 3 large supermarkets within 5 minutes drive. Do not expect sandy beaches anywhere near. Highly recommended property It was shame having to leave after 7 glorious days holiday.
