Wonderful villa surrounded by greenery, 750 meters from the beautiful sea of Baia Verde, the exclusive resort of Gallipoli. Completely independent, it has large outdoor areas and a large furnished porch that allows those who stay there to spend a holiday in close contact with nature. The barbecue corner allows you to prepare grilled fish and meat. In the evening, the lighting in the garden creates a suggestive atmosphere. The avenue, which introduces the villa, flows into the large shaded parking lot with its typically Mediterranean vegetation. The villa can accommodate up to 9 people and consists of: large living-dining room, kitchen, 2 single rooms, 1 double, 1 quadruple with double bed and 2 singles, two bathrooms with shower. To get to Gallipoli it takes very little, in less than a quarter of an hour it is in the center. Moreover, it is close to Lecce - Santa Maria di Leuca, the high-speed road that allows easy access to the most important tourist destinations of Salento.
