There is a lot of construction at the property. The walkways to the units are terrible. They appear that they ca break off at any moment. There is a horrible smell right when you enter the unit. The first thing we noticed unpom walking in was roaches crawling up the wall. The sliding door in the bedroom does not lock. We did not stay at the unit. We left and went find an hotel. This unit should never be allowed to be listed on VRBO.

Beautiful condo with a gorgeous view. The pool area is very dirty and the hot tub was dirty and not heated. The walkway to the condo is literally falling off the building and there is a sign that says "Danger, do not enter". We were scared to walk to our condo. This is no fault of the owner but it was very disturbing. Condo itself was very nice and clean and enjoyed sitting on the balcony.

We did not get to the pool, but the view of the Gulf and pool was gorgeous.Sharon was very helpful directing us through the parking garage/gate areas.This property is listed as a 2 bedroom, but was only 1 bedroom PLUS the fold out sofa bed in living room. Overall, it was a great stay!

They say it was two bedroom with 1 bed and 1 futon and there Wad only a sofa and the second bedroom I had sleep and air mattress the bedroom don't have light.not fan but the location was great only there was a little problem we need to find the washer because is not inside of the apartment I think they need to put another bed because I can sleep on the air mattress was uncomfortable but the price was great thanks
