Golf carts are common in our community and within 3 minutes you can be at the bay, the beach, the restaurant/bar complex with live bands and karaoke on weekends, or 24x7 fishing off a private pier that extends roughly the length of a football field into the bay. Baitshop, tennis/Pickleball, basketball, kids playground, and private boat launch make this the total package for a beach getaway.
