Aivan oven ulkopuolella on kävelymatka upealle rannalle. Rakenna hiekkalinnoja ja pelaa vedessä. Minulla on paljon boogie-levyt ja hiekkaleluja alakerran lelulaatikossa suihkun äärellä nautinnoksi. Minulla on paljon tuoleja, joita voit tuoda rannalle. Huuhtele hiekka leluilta ennen kuin laitat ne takaisin lelulaatikkoon. Ennen kuin lähdet ulos, huuhtele hiekka tuolilta seuraavalle vieraalle. Kun olet valmis palaamaan taloon, voit suihkussa kylmän ja kylmän veden ulkosuihkussa. Kun sää on viileä, lämmin ulkosuihku askeleen päässä rannalta on upea!

Kaikista istuimista on upeat näkymät veteen isoista ikkunoista ja liukuisista lasiovista. Illallisen jälkeen voit istua yhdessä 4 parvekekorkeudesta polyhartsituolista tai sohvan sisäänkäynnin alueella, 2 tuolia ja 2 baarijakkaraa viileällä juomalla. Ei parane vedellä joka suuntaan. Voit mennä ylös kotkapesään ja voit nähdä ikuisesti.

Yläkerran kannella on lukittu vaatekaappi avaimilla korissa pöydällä. Kaapin sisällä on kaukoputki, pallot, käsineet, sateenvarjorattaat ja istuintyynyt. Kun tarkistat, käännä vaatekaappi ja laita avaimet takaisin koriin.

Kaiken tämän hauskan jälkeen voit katsella televisiota, pelata lautapelejä tai lukea kirjaa. WiFi on käytettävissä. Minulla on TV olohuoneessa, 1 makuuhuoneessa ja 1 queen-huoneessa. Minulla on lastenkirjoja kahden hengen huonekaapissa hyllyillä. Aikuisten kirjoja mestarissa television alla olevilla hyllyillä.

Makuuhuoneessa on erittäin suuri parisänky, vyöryvä sänky ja pieni alue, jossa täysi sänky, TV, rinta iso kaapissa. Kaapissa on port-a-crib ja huopia. Kylpyhuoneessa on kaksinkertainen pesuallas, wc ja suihku.

Kun on aika pestä, minulla on suuri yläkerran kodinhoitohuone, jossa pesukone ja kuivausrumpu ostettu kesällä 2019. Sinulla on iso laskuri ja 2 kuivaushyllyä.

Olen kivetty pysäköinti 5: lle. Älä pysäköi nurmikolle, koska minulla on sprinklerijärjestelmä. Ajotielläni on paljon tilaa veneellesi.

Perfect beachfront gem. Clean and well maintained house that sits right on the water. There is an added bonus in that it is a fair hike to the public parking for the beach. So you don't get many people trying to crowd the beach right in front of the property. Overall, an excellent stay that I would repeat.

My children, grandchildren, husband and I had a wonderful beach vacation at this well located house. We were comfortable in the bedrooms; the newly renovated bathrooms and laundry room are beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the large upper porch. Everything for the beach was waiting for us in the garage- awesome! We loved the convenience of the bathroom in the garage and the outdoor shower. The kitchen was adequate- could be better organized and have fewer small appliances so there could be space for food since the pantry was full of unneeded items. Definitely would stay here again!

Well needed get away!!!

First of all li like to thank you for having us. I like to provide my own perspective and provide positive criticism. I believe that the house is cluttered and lacks some important things that people don’t usually want to carry around like small working and clean appliances. Pizza pans, trash bags and other items like that. Too many cups but not practical dishes. Dishes were very pretty but not comfortable to use because of the ridges in the design. A white couch cover that we didn’t use for the fear making it dirty. The rooms and sleeping arrangements in the MB not convenient at all. Blackout curtains could be a great improvement. The deck though is spacious and has amazing views it’s in need or care . We couldn’t walk barefooted because there are splinters and loose boards, there also areas of missing railing with large gaps very dangerous for small children .

We booked for our daughter’s dance competition family vaca. It was clean, awesome location, and the owner communicated well with us! It was nice to be right on the beach as there was always something to do for the family even during busy dance days. We would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

This is a great house! The location is amazing! It is just outside of Galveston to get a little more quiet feel, but close enough to get to main attractions quickly! The house is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! This is soooo convenient! There is also a bathroom down stairs which makes it easy when you’re at the beach! There is everything you need in this house! It sleeps a lot of people and the family room/kitchen is an open concept! This is great for families or large groups! I would recommend staying here!

Wonderful Views!

The property was well maintained and the upstairs was spotless. The kitchen, bedrooms, landry and living room were as described and in good condition. Lots of beach toys were available in the garage, which came in handy with my grandson. Unfortunately, the downstairs garage lights did not work which Carol reported to me. The only other issue was with the BBQ grill in the garage, which had some kind of white mold all over the inside, so we did not use it. Neither of these things impacted our stay as we were able to cook on the stove upstairs and used the garage mainly in the daytime with a door open so we could see to use the facilities. The only casualty during our stay was a white Mainstays dinner plate, which I dropped and it broke. We were able to setup a canopy on the beach at low tide during the day and play in the water. At night we took walks along the beach and looked for crabs. On Memorial day a neighbor even gave our group boiled crawfish, which was tasty and most appreciated. I would reccomend Carol's beach house for families with children, with the warning that there is a single lane sand and shell access road between the house and the beach. During the weekdays there was very little traffic and we saw the police monitoring this area alot, however, on the weekend the traffic increased as did the speed of the vehicles.

Awesome Family Oriented Beach House

Outstanding property—beautiful home, clean, lots of space, all bedrooms on one level, great for kids (beach toys, beach chairs, cart to carry items to beach, indoor toys & books for kids and adults). Check out all the amenities provided—too many to list! Communication with owner was excellent. I look forward to booking this VRBO again!

Wonder Ocean View!

We had our family reunion and celebrated our grandpas 82nd bday. We all enjoyed the cleanliness and beach decorations of the home. Kitchen was great for home cooked meals. But we loved hanging out on the deck chatting or reading. The beach is right there but the deck was the best! Thank you for all the communication too, owner answered all our questions. Would highly recommend this property. We hope to book again in the future.

Fantastic Property

This was our fourth time to rent on Bermuda Beach. This was the BEST property yet. Beautiful front row to the beach. Plenty of toys for grandchildren. Plenty of beach chairs. We collected shells all day long. The Stunning Sunrise and Sunsets were breath taking. The beach was very clean. The property was very clean, plenty of towels for bathing for 10.The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of kitchen utensils, dishes and cookware. 2 Coffee pots, Smart TV's in all rooms except 1 which was a smaller room and we had no issues with that. This room had a closet full of kids books and games. Laundry room was spacious. Both bathrooms had double sinks with was awesome. This was a awesome property. Property Owner checked in with me everyday by Text.

Wonderful Family Vacation

House is beautiful and you can not get any closer to the beach than this!! The owners have everything you could possibly need to enjoy your stay. They have thought of everything so you just need to bring yourself and pick up some groceries. Would give it a 10 star review if it would let me.

Great time had by all

Even though there was a hiccup after we arrived, owner did her best to get situation handled within 3 hours. Loved the kitchen and master bath. Lots of room. The view was amazing and house has lots of room. The entrance to beach was very close. I loved the gate that swiveled so dogs could not get out. I do wish that there was grass for the dogs but that is probably because we have not had any rain. Overall we had a great time and recommend her property. We definately would return.

Simply the Best!

This is an annual girls trip of sisters, daughters and cousins! We have anywhere from 10 to 16 on any given trip. This year was a smaller group, 10. It was the perfect size and we had stayed here a few years ago. It has a quiet, more private beach area. The AC worked great and we loved have the outdoor shower as a third option. We will definitely book again when our group is smaller.

Wonderful beach stay with family at this amazing house. Walking in the door, you will immediately be wowed by the views and the coastal vibes. The location is prime and did not disappoint! Will definitely be booking this place in the future :)

Beach Front Haven

Perfect location just a few minutes outside of Galveston. Right on the beach! The house had everything we needed...pots, pans, coffee maker, towels, etc. We especially enjoyed stepping right onto the beach every morning and evening.
