We paid for a room with balcony. We were given a room on the first floor that had a window and the view was the pool not the gulf. The receptionists said that is what happens when you book through a third party like Expedia. Nothing they could do and and our stay was not like we expected. Will not be booking through Expedia again.

We arrived on Sunday the first and we left on Thursday, 5th of June we were greeted by a lady that was absolutely amazing kind interacted with my granddaughter. The staff was amazing from the top to the bottom from the bottom to the top. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this property. I’ve stayed there a few times before I love it. Well, kept nice rooms. Clean the properties beautiful. I definitely will be going back.

Wet floor so asked staff to change room but the staff refused. Next day, they changed the room reluctantly. Bad smell and dirty room. I think payment for first day should be refunded.

It’s not really a clean property, and the only elevator they have took like 30 minutes to get in because it gets so packed. Staff are not that polite, they look like they’re not in the mood to be at work

The hotel was super good, perfect location on seawall Blvd , very close to the pleasure of pier. We stayed in a room with a balcony and the view was mind blowing. The staff was very pleasant and courteous especially Emmanuel and Hope.

Staff was friendly, the room was clean. The location is great. The bar connected to pool was really neat. The drinks were not the best and over priced. The hotel only had one elevator so the wait time was very long. Over all, I would stay here again and recommend to others.
