This is a lovely place to stay close to the harbor. If taking a cruise you can walk or shuttle to the port. It is walking distance to The Strand and many restaurants.

Perfect sail away stay location and a wkend stay getaway. Strand area is walking distance. Upscale restaurants At your doorstep. Wait staff very helpful and nice. King room very spacious and clean. Would recommend this place and will stay again.

Upon arrival we had issues getting through parking gate. You have to go through a gate barrier arm at entry point. We waited and no response from reception where trying to buzz in to park. Physically called into receptionist at from desk via phone and we got a gentleman that was extremely short and rude trying to place us on hold. He wouldn't allow us into park until her verified reservation name and stay. Once we finally got parked and checked in, gentleman's name was Travis. He was extremely short and rude at check-in, gave us little information and seemed like he hated his job. I mentioned this to staff next morning where she said they've gotten several complaints of same issue. Got into room with myself, husband, and our older daughter and 11yo son. Room had a frosted glass wall between room and bathroom that you could see shadows and outlines as we were in the bathroom. It definitely wasn't meant to share with others if you don't want them seeing you dress. Heads up!

We decided to leave our vehicle in their parking lot #2 during our cruise and hotel clerk said she would charge our room the cost of parking. She charged us $129. When we returned from cruise, the gate wouldn’t open so we had to call the company and they said they were never paid. We had to pay twice for the parking. Hotel is running a shady business for sure.
