Although it was nice that the management of the property provided lots of various flotation items (boogie boards, noodles, etc.) the pool had a lot of trash and such floating in it. Also the hot tub was never hot. Otherwise we enjoyed the stay as in past visits to Galveston Island.

Pool bar is nice. Room service is terrible and wouldnt even answer the phone when the restaurant wasnt even busy.
