Yes, the room clean however the carpet wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed as there was a bottle cap slightly under the tv stand and few particles that wasn’t completely vacuumed. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Our stays here are always great. It’s a family favorite. However, we always seem to have A/C problems in every room we’ve ever been assigned to. I booked two rooms at the same time under the same name for the same check-in and check-out. We were placed on two separate floors. When asked to be placed on the same floor we were told no and we should have called and asked to be placed on the same floor. Even though the reservation was placed at the same time, under the SAME name etc… not cool. We were offered to change the room with the King size bed to an “upgrade” room with two queen beds (this room is for a married couple by the way) and a balcony WITH an upgrade fee doe $50. SERIOUSLY! How is this offer remotely trying to assist or fix the issue. I will NEVER stay here again and I will not recommend anyone else to stay here. Now we get to one of the rooms and the one of the lights attached to the head board doesn’t work. The room smells like cheap Clorox over kill. First and last visit.

Room reserved w King and water view was not avail at check-in, offered 2 queen and parking lot view. Nope! Bit of wrangling and given a King w a water leak in bathroom ceiling in wing under renovation. Not sure the HVAC worked properly as it was very cold with heat on. Other than that, was pleased with the holiday festivities
