Guests are required to fill out online/digital registration form, submit a picture of a government ID and digitally sign a Rental Agreement 7 days before check in or immediately after booking if less than 7 days before check in.

Smoking cigarettes or pot inside the apartment is prohibited and you will be asked to leave if you violate it

Please take your shoes off inside the apartment and pets must have toenails clipped neatly

Pets and Emotional Support Animals require permission from host and payment of pet fee starting at $30/night for one pet/ESA

Service animals are allowed for free but must be with guest at all times and please answer the following question for host: Do you require this service animal due to a disability? What work or tasks has the service animal been trained to perform?

Visitors and extra guests not included in the reservation are not allowed inside the building without host's permission and will be asked to leave the property and/or will be subject to extra guest fee of $40 per guest per night over two.

Early check in or late check out offered if available for an additional fee

Do not run the ceiling fan when someone is sleeping in the top bunk bed

Do not surpass the 400 pound weight limit for the bottom and top bunk bed.

Before check out please wash dirty dishes by hand or run a load in the dishwasher

Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am daily. Please speak softly and keep TV volume low during these hours to prevent disturbing neighboring units.
