We arrived around 5pm, checked in and immediately let the front office know the ac wasn’t working. We went to dinner and when we returned I twas still not working. Set at 62 but blowing 80. Talked with LaLa and she was aggressive and defensive despite we had communicated several hours before about the ac. She was very rude and should not be a problem solver in her position. The other clerk was (I didn’t get her name) as trouble shooting however we were ready for bed. There were no other rooms available and after many phone calls, finally was able to get the manager on site. LaLa refused to put me in contact with manager. LaLa went to the back room and all of a sudden the smell of pot was in the lobby. No one else was around but my family, the clerk (I don’t know her name) and LaLa disappeared- probably to take a hit of her pot/vape. We left and was reimbursed our money after the manger agreed to the issue with the ac the next day. I hope LaLa learns from this event however management needs to consider training her in customer service and maybe lay off the vape. We are not confrontational people and we were doing our best to manage her issues. It was weird. Thank you for the reimbursement- please consider she may not be right for the job and certainly needs to work on her people skills.

No frequent housekeeping. We have to inform the reception that we want housekeeping and they send the next day. If you run out of bath soaps, tissue box, you need to go down and get it from the reception. The staff are rude and not friendly. The best thing about this hotel is the location. Almost every other tourist spots or restaurants are within 5-10 mins distance.

My first time staying at this property and it was a great week stay with my family. Staff was very friendly and respectful only 1 front desk seemed she was a bit aggravated when asking for help but everyone was great. Very convenient area was able to walk wherever was needed. Wish we had a beachfront view like requested but they do sell quick! Breakfast was great and great hours! Highly recommend this location to families!

I paid for a king bed and sofa bed I did not receive that. I then let the front desk know and they made me and my two kids at 11pm move to a different room three floors up for no reason at all. Because it was the same exact room. My 11 year old had to sleep on a chair. The morning manager was rude and very defensive. She said I should have confirmed that with them that that's the room I wanted but why would I when that's what I booked?? The rooms were okay but that staff member should not be working there with that attitude. I didn't get what I paid for and I should be given some sort of refund.
