Save1900 Victorian - Walk to Beach

This 1898 Victorian home was fully restored by Save 1900. Hosts of house are also hosts of DIY show "Restoring Galveston". Even though it's an old home this house has all the modern amenities you could want. Located in the Silk Stocking Historic District, only 5 blocks to beach, 1 block to Mardi Gras parade route, and close to all Galveston has to offer. All bedrooms have Queen size beds and there is a master with ensuite bathroom. This is comfortable and elegant living close to the beach!
This house has all you could need. Large living room with 50'' smart tv. Roku TV included. Should there be a day you don't want to leave the house we also have plenty of games available for your enjoyment. Open concept living room and dining room with seating for 6. Charging stations for multiple devices should you forget your charger like we so often do!

Full kitchen includes coffee bar with Kcups and drip coffee, gas range (vintage range replaced with new), and everything you may need should you want to cook in. Just a few of the kitchen amenities include blender, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, and pots and pans.

Want to take a nap during the day?? Bedrooms have blackout curtains to block a lot of the sunlight. There is a door between the front bedroom and Master that can be opened to connect the rooms or closed. House is on main one way street which can have some road noise.

Both bathrooms are stocked with Turkish towels and all toiletries should you forget anything at home. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided in shower. We also have blow dryers in both bathrooms.

Large front porch with outdoor furniture is great for catching the gulf breeze. The large backyard only has plenty of space and includes chiminea and 6 adirondack chairs. We have lawn games like yard dice and horseshoes available. We also offer beach towels, 2 beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella and some beach toys.
