Marina nearby with public boat and vehicle parking.
Bait shop and fuel dock available at the marina.
Fishing Pier & Boat Ramp Access (Important):
• The community fishing pier requires a keycard for entry
• The community boat ramp requires a key for access
• As a courtesy, both the fishing pier keycard and boat ramp key are provided together on a single key ring, located inside the house
• NOTE: Sea Isle charges $150 per key if lost or not returned
• Please be sure to leave the key ring inside the house at checkout

House Policies

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests
• No parties or events
• No smoking or vaping inside the home
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Pet Policy:
o Up to 2 dogs permitted with prior approval and applicable fees paid ($50 per dog)
o No cats
o Dogs must be kept on a leash
o Please clean up after your dog
o Dogs may not be left unattended inside the home unless kenneled
o Please keep dogs off beds and furniture
• Guests are responsible for securing personal belongings, boats, and equipment
• No jumping into the water or onto the floating mat. Always wear a life jacket in and around the water or when using the kayaks
• Always wear helmets when riding the bicycles
• Any damage to the home or property may result in a deduction or additional charge for repair or replacement
• Violations of house rules (including noise ordinance violations, excessive guests, or vehicles beyond the agreed amount) may result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine
• Not returning the pier HID card or boat ramp key will result in a $150 fine.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return fishing pier keycard and boat ramp key to the red binder, if used
Rinse and store kayaks and all outdoor equipment, floating mat, life jackets, etc, if used
Clean grill grates, turn off propane, cover grill, if used. NOTE: Any damages, missing items, smoking evidence, or rule violations could result in partial or full deduction of deposit.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

Rinse off any items that were in the salt water or sand and store them back where you found them. Do not enter home with sand on feet or swimsuit.
No extra overnight visitors
Always wear life jackets when entering water/using kayaks and wear helmets when using bicycles. Never jump into the water or on the floating mat.
