The daytime staff were awesome. The night time staff was just okay. The cove bartender was more interested in playing her crossword puzzle. The rooms were nice. But the bed was like laying on cardboard. Great view of the beach. Nice private balcony.

The room was fine, there was a nice view, and good amenities, but it was not worth the price. The bed was very uncomfortable and sagged in the middle, so it was like sleeping on an incline. Not acceptable for a $500+ per night room

The hotel was beautiful. We had a wonderful room overlooking the ocean. Hotel already decorating for Christmas holiday. The front desk staff are most courteous and Eric was wonderful and full of information. Only drawback was the cleanliness of the bathroom. Just not quite up to high standards in detail. ie. shower ceiling in corner needed attention. Looked like bubbling due to a leak. (we reported this to front desk). And areas in shower door hinges were black, and mirror lighting frame needed attention. Otherwise, room was clean and no complaints. Would definitely return.

This was a wonderful stay, always wanted to stay here and got a chance to bring my mom for a birthday weekend. The pool was heated definitely a plus, great food and service all around. The beach across the street and ocean view all around. Not to mention great food places close by. This place should definitely be on your bucket list.

I had, but it’s experience in one of the restaurant which it was bistro. Food is amazing, but the service was not good at all.. they treat me like I was someone that I’m not gonna take care my behavior. They called the police in the police took me to the station and I didn’t do anything to anybody..
