The open living and dining area is perfect for gathering after a day at the beach, complete with cozy seating and space to unwind. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from quick breakfasts to group dinners, with modern appliances and ample counter space.
Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished, giving every guest a comfortable and private space to recharge. Two full bathrooms make it easy to accommodate groups without the morning scramble.
The villa includes Wi-Fi, climate control, and in-unit laundry, making longer stays a breeze. Outside, you’ll enjoy the privacy of a gated community and easy access to everything Galveston has to offer.

You're just a short drive from popular attractions like Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn. For those who prefer to walk, the beautiful seawall beach is only a 5-minute stroll away.
Other Things to Note:
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Guests may check in anytime after 4:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 10:00 PM, please message us in advance with your estimated arrival time. If we are not notified ahead of time and any issues occur after 10:00 PM, we may not be able to assist until the following morning. The minimum age for the primary guest is 21. Smoking is not permitted inside the home (a $250 fine will apply). Pets are not allowed. The property offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. Please note that events and parties are not permitted at this property.
