This place is NICEEE! So easy to find. Free parking. The beds were out of this world comfortable. Perfect location close to town. The front desk staff were unbelievably nice and accommodating. Loved it here and you will too!

Comfortable stay in Galway

We stayed at Menlo Park Hotel for just one night during a longer tour around Ireland. The hotel was nice, the staff was helpful and the restaurant served delicious food. We enjoyed the bar area as well. The hotel is located a bit too far from the main downtown area to walk. We took a bus down there and a cab back. The room was modern and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We would stay here again.

Adequate stay

I stayed here for 2 nights in May 2025. While going over my room upon check-in I discovered that the coffee mugs were used. Housekeeping rectified the situation and brought me a box of chocolates as recompense. Great touch! The breakfast has a good variety. The coffee machine brews tepid blah coffee, just have tea. Front desk can be replaced with computer screens. They barely made eye contact with me. Housekeeping seem to be better trained in hospitality.

Outstanding!!

I would highly recommend Menlo Park, we will definitely be back. From Daniele in Reception to Marcin in the restaurant, it was a wonderful experience. In general all staff members were outstanding, care and attention to detail was paramount to a great guest experience. Room was large, spotless and immaculate.We like a quiet room and were not disappointed. Sad to be leaving, but a fabulous stay. Well done Menlo💯

The notes I made to refer to when we got back was - Very Nice. The room was very comfortable; staff was great. . .everything you want in a hotel. We only used the hotel for nights, as we arrived from Limerick late and then went to the Cliffs of Moher. I looked at this hotel, because all the downtown Galway Hotels referred to no parking (we had a rental), noisy, thin walled rooms. I was very happy with our choice. We ended up going into downtown Galway (Latin Quarter). Traffic was crazy and parking almost non-existent but we got there. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.
