Easy spot to get to

The Nox hotel was an amazing place to stay in Galway. The rooms were spacious and well kept. The staff was friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. We had breakfast there as well as a lunch and dinner. The service and food was always excellent. It was a bit of a walk to Shop street and city centre but very doable. It was about a 25 mintue walk. We took cabs sometimes and it was about a 10mintue ride. Thoroughly enjoyed this hotel and will stay there again.

The hotel is the best option for quality/price. Car park is fine. The hotel is perfectly located to reach all routes to go wherever you want and it takes just few minutes by car to reach Galway city centre. The hotel is clean, personnel kind, Fork Restaurant serves fresh and very good food. Overall experience was excellent. Strongly recommend it and for sure I’ll be back at Nox Hotel

They do not care about the safety of their guests with food allergies. Extremely rude staff in the restaurant. The shower floor is very slippery. It is dangerous. They don't do housekeeping. Make sure you don't put your towels on the floor because you will be reusing them. They have tiny garbage cans that need to be emptied daily, but don't

Great location with easy access to core with 10 euro taxi ride or 20 minute walk. Fantastic breakfast. Shout out to Liam for great restaurant and bar ideas in Eyre Square!

I would never stay at this hotel again. None of the staff ever actually acknowledge us or said hello or had a smile on their face. One of the staff members was outside in the parking lot yelling at someone on the phone. The lobby is well lit, but there are no cards for your bags a very small elevator and when you get off on your floor, it is pitch black the rooms are musty and dingy. We asked for a washcloth and they had no idea what one is. Only hand and bath towels.

Just outside of town, but made for some good night's sleep and a bit or RnR. If you're driving Ireland, this is a great option as it's easy to get on the Motorways for Cliffs of Moher and other great sites in the area.

This hotel has a consistent problem training the cleaning staff to provide the right supplies to each room. The problem continued over the 3 days we stayed here. No soap, no facial tissues, plugged sink and toilet, dark hallways (can't see the door), tiny bath towels, no "do not disturb" door signs (and then didn't respect them when we finally got one), no drinking water, etc. I don't usually review hotels and ignore small issues, but this place does not deserve the rating it currently has.
