The room was very small for 3 people. I know not to expect a typical US size room. But there was no place to put our bags. Also the parking lot is small and difficult to maneuver. The property was crowded while we were there but parking was very limited.

The room which sold as a double for two people was tiny. There was not room even to put our bags down. We had to shimmy around each other just to move past each other. At best this should’ve been a one person room, with a smaller bed. I could even go so far to say it was unsafe. On the other hand the manager was extremely helpful at breakfast, very pleasant.

I have been to Ireland & Galway (from the US) five times and have stayed here every time - wouldn't want to stay anywhere else in Galway. The proprietors are exceptionally nice and accommodating. Convenient parking available in the front and back. Easy and safe walk to Galway City Centre, Eyre Square, etc. The rooms are exceptionally clean. I was in the same room twice and it had been superbly updated since my last stay. I look forward to returning!!
