From SC to Ireland

2 night stay in Galway. Great location. Easy access to downtown. I am usually complementary on Hotels.com ratings. However, on this one you did miss it. Old building, narrow halls, check-in took a while, stairs throughout to pull luggage up and down and parking kind of chaotic. Be careful Hotels.com. You missed this one.

Great location, able to walk easily to all the sights. Room was big, clean, just a bit stuffy/warm. Otherwise it was a great stay! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Also had parking on site which was a plus!

Building is older but well maintained and in a good location. Very walkable to the sights in downtown Galway. Parking is limited, but the team does a great job using the limited spaces available. Staff was very friendly and always attentive and smiling. Room was clean and very quiet. We slept well. Showers are of the smaller circular/corner european variety. Water pressure could have been better.

The manager the night we checked in was very rude to a guest who was upset about the condition of her room. She also said she was giving up an upgraded room which was really an unpleasant apartment around back.

A short walk to the main shopping in the Latin Quarter but far enough away that you are not disturbed by the crowds. Underground parking was VERY handy but not easy to find - had to drive past the hotel 3 times, then find parking elsewhere, walk to the hotel to find out how to get in (pro tip... entry is behind the hotel hidden by houses)

Perfect!!!

The hotel was perfect for us, thanks to its ideal location in the center of Galway. It was easy to stroll around without worrying about finding parking. The staff were friendly. Just perfect!

2 day stay in Falway

Condition of hotel was so-so. Hallway carpets are worn. Room carpets were stained and should be replaced. Rooms were small considering it is a small city and the cost. It is an older hotel with character but could use some refreshing. Toilet did not work when we arrived but was fixed within an hour or so. Service was fine

Clean rooms and polite staff. Parking is very convenient. Breakfast is great, and you are within walking distance of great spots for lunch, dinner and shopping.

Consider this lovely place

Loved the Hotel. Great staff. Restored older property. Quaint. Location was within easy walking distance of most areas, but without super congestion. Fabulous breakfast. Parking was a plus. Only minus was that our room had no air conditioning.
