Farmhouse recently renovated in keeping with the Tuscan tradition, located in a panoramic position in the hills between Siena and Florence, overlooking the towers of San Gimignano.

The house is on two floors with attention to detail and period furniture.

It has a private courtyard, equipped with a mini-hydromassage pool (4.00x2.45 m. depth 0.71 m.), outdoor shower (hot and cold water) and a loggia for outdoor lunches and dinners with barbecue.

On the ground floor: entrance; dining room with satellite TV; kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, fireplace with grill); living room with fireplace and satellite TV; living room with double sofa bed; 1 bathroom (toilet).

On the first floor: 2 bedrooms with double bed, one of which with en-suite bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet); 1 bedroom with two single beds; 1 bathroom with shower (toilet/bidet/washing machine).

Leuk en mooi huis met prachtig uitzicht. Klein zwembadje (niet verwarmd) met een leuk terras. Het huis is authentiek ingericht, met mooie meubels. En met een mooie oude authentieke trap. De matrassen van de bedden zijn een beetje hard. Het huis is goed schoongemaakt en ruikt fris. Op elke kamer is airco. De keuken is voorzien van vaatwasser, oven en grote koelkast. Vuilnis moet zelf aan de straat worden gezet, gesorteerd, 200a300 meter bergopwaarts. Het huis ligt mooi gelegen, vlakbij Gambassi en Certaldo. Wijnproeverij is op loopafstand. De foto’s op de site kloppen exact met hoe het in werkelijkheid is. We hadden een informatiemap fijn gevonden, maar omdat t huis nog erg nieuw is, snappen we dat dit er nog niet is. Inchecken en uitchecken had iets persoonlijker gemogen :) maar Simone was op vakantie.
