Do not book this property it's a scam, I had booked this property via Expedia with pay later option before 10-12 days. To confirm my property booking (since I was travelling with a baby I did not want any last minute hustle) I called the owner to which he said you can call the property 1 week prior to stay. Hence I messeged the owner to confirm, he confirmed the same. 2 days later I got a message from Expedia that my booking is cancelled, hence I confirmed by dropping a message on watsapp and the owner said the price mentioned by Expedia is way to low (probably he got another booking with high amount) hence he cancelled and wanted me to pay extra.
