It is on located the borders of Bordelais and Périgord, in an exceptional 15-hectare park. This family property dating back to the 18th century has been tastefully renovated. There is a large private pool (6x13 m), secured with automatic roller shutter. Ii is an ideal place for a holiday with family or friends. It offers large spaces (from 15 to 35 sq.m bedrooms), with refined decoration, new bedding. Sheets are provided on a rental basis. A detailed description of the sleeping arrangement can be provided on request. You can enjoy many leisure and cultural activities: Visits to the vineyards of Saint-Emilion, shows and lights, Castillon-la-Bataille 3 km away, the historical sites of Périgord (Sarlat, Castelnau, Domme, Lascaux, Gouffre de Padirac, and much more), gourmet circuits, concerts, animal parks, and leisure centres. Open in May 2015, an 18-hole golf course (Saint-Emilion) is 15 min away on foot from the house. It is 45 km away from the Bordeaux and Bergerac airports. Optionally, we can arrange 12 additional sleeping spaces (7 bedrooms). See conditions with the owner.

Just what we wanted.

Private, quiet, unpretentious but lots of history around the property. We spent most of our time alternating between the lovely pool and the cool of the house. Big family meals and parties. Although there were 20 of us the house rarely seems full. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances à une vingtaine dans cette belle maison, spacieuse, pleine de grandes chambres, authentique, avec une belle piscine et un grand jardin. La cuisine est un peu petite mais très bien équipée. Merci à Thierry pour son aide et le prêt de lits supplémentaires pour constituer un "dortoir" pour nos ados!

Belle bâtisse dans un cadre calme et idyllique avec une grande piscine agréable et parfaitement équipée de transats, chaises longues et parasols. La literie est très confortable mais l’ensemble de la maison n’est pas correctement entretenu pour le niveau des prestations attendues.Quelques exemples: l’évier de la cuisine est maintenu par 4 vis, le bois du plan de travail porte de nombreuses marques de moisissure, les joints des salle de bain, les têtes de lit auréolées ne sont pas à la hauteur de ce que nous attendions de cette location et du prix déboursé. Les attaches du rideau de la piscine et certaines margelles descellées sont à surveiller pour assurer une meilleure sécurité des utilisateurs. Enfin nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié la présence bruyante et trop matinale de la famille nombreuse du propriétaire, qui n’a pas jugé utile de nous avertir de sa venue (2 jours sur 7!). Nous avons souffert de beaucoup trop de promiscuité en fin de séjour.

Je recommande vivement ! Nous nous y sommes arrêtés deux nuits pendant une route des vins avec 25 étudiants, et tout était parfait, de la réservation aux équipements sur place, en passant par la localisation et la bienveillance de Thierry. Nous reviendrons !

Grande maison de groupe

Maison idéale pour se retrouver entre amis/famille quand on est nombreux. Le cadre (jardin et forêt) est magnifique et la grande piscine très agréable. Les chambres sont confortables mais tout comme les salles de bains de qualité inégale. Les équipements de cuisine (vaisselles) sont très suffisants, mais nous étions contents d’avoir un traiteur pour tous nos repas, car l’unique évier et la place y sont justes pour faire la cuisine et vaisselle pour 20/24 personnes. Excellent stay

We were with a group of 15 university friends from way back and we thoroughly enjoyed Thiery's accommodation. It was so well equipped that each of each could sleep in a separate bed and even so that the heavy snorers had a room to themselves. Thiery's tips on where to find the supermarket, baker, good but reasonably priced restaurants were very useful. And Myriam was an excllent host upon reception. We used the house to plan several day trips in about an hours drive distance. And it was great to relax at the pool, open fire or bbq upon return at the end of the day.

Super séjour!

Brandey est une maison qui a beaucoup de charme, avec un très grand pré et des bois où les enfants ont adoré jouer. Un grand merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont indiqué une petite boulangerie artisanale à proximité, et nous ont autorisés à cueillir les mirabelles et prunes d’ente dans le pré! 😋😋😋 Nous avons aussi bien profité de la piscine. Visites et activités intéressantes aux alentours (St Émilion, spectacle de Castillon, etc. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre semaine à Brandey. Merci!

Vacances agréables

Cadre historique intéressant, grand parc et belle piscine. Belles pièces et jolis meubles de famille. Lits très confortables. Grande terrasse à l'ombre, vue sur les vignes, la forêt, et les prés. Belle demeure ancienne conviviale et confortable. Nous avons passé un très agréable week end entre amis. Petits et grands ont profité des magnifiques extérieurs : Piscine, jardin, parc. La location a le charme de l'ancien, le terrain est très vaste et comporte un bois, idéal pour que les enfants fassent des explorations. La piscine est grande et bien entretenue. Par contre, la cuisine/ salle à manger peut être étroite pour les grands groupes. La literie au 1ier étage est à améliorer. le propriétaire vit de l'autre côté du batiment mais il est très discret. Bon site pour découvrir l'est de la Gironde

Beautiful ancient house with a large garden

We had a wonderful week with a group of 24 friends. The communication with the owner Thierry was very easy. We especially enjoyed the big garden and great swimmingpool. Soms parts of the house are a bit old, but since we stayed most of the time outside, this wasnt a big deal. Would definitely recommend to other groups!
