I stayed at this hotel from 12/26 to 12/29/25. I have stayed here many times before and always liked it, which is why I came back with my extended family. We booked three rooms in total, including one suite.
When I first checked in, the room looked neat. However, when I examined the bed more closely, I noticed small, round black particles that looked like mouse droppings, as well as a red stain on the blanket. I immediately spoke with the front desk. They told me housekeeping was done for the day, gave me a blanket, and promised that housekeeping would change the bedding the next morning.
I was out the entire next day, and when I returned at night, the bed looked neatly made. But when it was time to sleep, I noticed the same red stain in the exact same spot. It was clear that the bedding had not been changed as promised—only remade. I called the front desk again. They apologized and said housekeeping would come to fix it.
A short time later, someone knocked on the door and handed us clean sheets and blankets. However, no one changed the bed for us. I had to change the bedding myself.
I do not think this is acceptable. I paid to stay at a hotel, not to do housekeeping myself. This experience was disappointing, especially since I have been a repeat guest and expected better service.
