Charming apartment with private garden and lake view, perfect for a couple's holiday or family getaway with pets. Overlooking the equipped garden with external dining table and covered area, there is the living area with a lounge featuring a double sofa bed and flat-screen TV and dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped. The sleeping area has a bedroom with a double bed with access to the rear of the garden. A spacious bathroom with shower completes the layout.

The apartment is entirely on the ground floor and is part of the Poggio San Michele complex.



The shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 31 October, from 9 am to 8 pm. The use of a swimming cap may be required.
