This charming house completely renovated in 2011/2012 is located in the town of Gargas 3km from the village and 3 km from the town of Apt in the countryside with views of the Luberon and the Monts du Vaucluse. Covering an area of 90 mÂČ and having 3 bedrooms, it can accommodate 6 people.
This 3-star certified house offers quality services
 high speed WiFi
- 1 living / dining room with flat screen TV, DVD player 3 armchairs and a sofa in good condition
- 1 kitchen with gas stove 3 gas burners and 1 electric hob, electric oven,
1 fridge with small freezer above, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pressure cooker, casserole, casserole, dishes
- 3 bedrooms, each with storage cupboard and wardrobe: 2 large double beds in 140, 2 single beds in 90. All bedding is new with 2 blankets per bed and bedspread, pillows to give you the best comfort.

Home from home

We had another wonderful holiday at Mr and Mrs Allamandi's lovely Gite la Charite. They greet you like family members and are so easy to talk to.The house is very comfortable, clean and tidy. Comfortable beds and a good shower room. Good parking and a private garden. Great location for visiting all the prettiest places in the Luberon area. We will certainly stay here again. And renting from such a lovely couple is a bonus.

Lovely 3 bedroom property to unwind and relax, or close to all the beautiful villages of Roussillon, Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse, etc, Charming owners that looked after our every needs, better than this would be hard to find.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Auf Grund des tollen Wetters konnten wir den Garten und die Terrasse genießen, die reifen FrĂŒchte bzw Quitten ernten. Im Haus fehlte es an nichts, die Heizung und das warme Wasser funktionierten. Das einzige Manko, das Grand lit könnte grĂ¶ĂŸer sein, es war nur 1.40m breit.

Funktionelle Ferienhaus im Luberon

Wir haben eine Woche in diesem funktional eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Man hat alles was man braucht. Das Haus ist ideal fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in den Luberon, da es zentral liegt. Zum Beispiel sind die umliegenden MĂ€rkte leicht zu erreichen. Auch war der Empfang durch die Vermieter sehr freundlich. Wer jedoch Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, der sollte wissen, dass sowohl die naheliegende Schnellstrasse D900 als auch die DĂ©chetterie diese je nachdem wie der Wind steht, beeinflusst. Die Bilder zeigen leider nicht, dass der Blick von der Terrasse unmittelbar auf die GebĂ€ude der nur wenige 100m entfernten Fabrik von Aptunion geht.

Ein schönes Haus mit guter Lage fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung, hell und vollstĂ€ndig eingerichtet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Sehr sauber, W-LAN funktioniert gut, freundliche Gastgeber und ein wundervoller Maulbeerbaum, unter dem man jede Temperatur gut aushalten kann. Frische-Markt in LaufnĂ€he, Supermarkt 3 Autominuten entfernt. Empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé une semaine trÚs agréable sous le soleil du lub eron en cette premiÚre semaine d octobre. Le gite est trÚs bien situé. AccÚs facile aux commerces. Point central pour la découverte des environs. Les propriétaires ont la gentillesse de mettre à notre disposition de la documentation pour nous guider dans nos choix de promenades. Le gite est trÚs confortable. Rien ne manque en équipement.. la terrasse est trÚs agréable et le barbecue est bienvenu. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Une bonne adresse à ne pas oublier.

Maison belle et fonctionnelle

La maison est trÚs bien équipée et ultra clean, vous aurez également tout à disposition. Grandes piÚces à vivre, ce qui est trÚs agréable. Le jardin est magnifique (superbe pelouse, arbres fruitiers et terrasse pour manger à l'ombre du mûrier). Nous avons eu un trÚs bon accueil des époux propriétaires qui ont été aux petits soins pour nous! Nous gardons un trÚs bon souvenir de cette semaine à Gargas.

Maison trĂšs sympathique, propre et avec tout le confort nĂ©cessaire. Bien amĂ©nagĂ©, nous n'avons manquĂ© de rien. Beau jardin. Pour ne rien gĂącher, la propriĂ©taire est passionnĂ©e par sa rĂ©gion qu'elle aime faire dĂ©couvrir. Beaucoup de documentation sur place pour complĂ©ter les informations donnĂ©es.
