The place is excellent! Very clean and comfortable. It's important to note that parking is handled by a third party and is charged by the day R$29 for hotel guests, but it is still worthy and I would definitely stay there again!

Very good hotel close to everything. I really recommend Plaza Hotel for a pleasure stay in Vale dos Vinhedos. The hotel is brand new and have all that you need.

Fiquei muito surpreendido com o hotel — superou totalmente minhas expectativas. A estrutura é nova, a acústica é impecável (não ouvi nenhum ruído externo), a cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro é excelente. A academia é bem equipada, a piscina aquecida é ótima e ainda conta com uma jacuzzi externa, que é um diferencial. A localização também é muito boa: você chega rapidamente em Bento Gonçalves e está praticamente na entrada do Vale dos Vinhedos, o que facilita bastante os passeios. Como sugestão, seria interessante implementar um sistema de agendamento para a jacuzzi, já que existe apenas uma e algumas pessoas acabam ficando por longos períodos, dificultando o uso por outros hóspedes. E um ponto negativo é que o estacionamento é cobrado à parte. No geral, a experiência foi excelente. Super recomendo!
