As soon as you enter this great chalet-style flat, you feel you are in the best of hands!

Located directly on the edge of the Garmisch-Partenkirchen spa gardens, the "Parkchalet" is on the 1st floor of a new building.
Here you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature and at the same time easily explore the heart of the town thanks to its central location.

A lift takes you comfortably through the staircase to the front door of the flat, through which you enter the open, light-flooded main room of the flat.

Very efficient service from the team. They also informed us of a new building site that had started near the property and offered us a full refund or discount if we kept the booking. Having established that we would not be looking out at the building site we kept the booking. The apartment is well located for the centre of Garmisch. It is well appointed - even with a washing machine which was very helpful.

Leider war bei Ankunft der Küchenbereich und Esstisch leider nicht ganz sauber, Tisch war krümelig, Küchenbereich staubig. Der Kühlschrank roch „gebraucht“. Auch schon beim Reinkommen „knirschte“ es auf dem Fußboden. Deshalb diesmal leider nur drei Sterne. Die Wohnung haben wir heute zur vorgegebenen Check-Out-Zeit verlassen.

Eine wunderbare und stylische Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvoll und wertig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Direkt am Kurpark, der Bäcker im Nachbarhaus mit fantastischen Brötchen. Die Fussgängerzone in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in Einem- perfekte Ferienwohnung. Komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser Fewo und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage -ruhig und doch Zentrumsnah und eine tolle Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen lies. Die Betten waren für uns genau richtig und brachten uns den erholsamen Schlaf. Es ist alles gut durchdacht. Es gibt nichts zu meckern. Etwas "Kulturlärm" durften wir erleben, da die "Garmischer Festwoche" stattfand. Aber auch das war für uns genau die richtige Dosis. Man hatte die Möglichkeit, im Nachbarhotel den Wellness - Bereich gegen Gebühr zu nutzen. Das haben wir nicht geschafft. Gute Sache fürs nächste Jahr. Die Absprachen mit dem Team haben unproblematisch funktioniert. Wir haben trotz oder wegen des "Schaukelsommers" einen erholsamen Urlaub erlebt. Nächstes Jahr wieder...
