This luxurious, top equipped apartment on 119m² is located in the 1st. First floor of the newly built holiday resort "Oase am Haff" in the south of the island Usedom. 6 people have enough space. The huge balcony overlooks the water of the Szczecin Lagoon. The south facing! GORGEOUS! On a park-like plot of over 20,000 square meters, the oasis on the lagoon. All terraces / balconies are in an ideal south facing position with fantastic views of the lagoon. Very tasteful decor with great attention to detail. The excellent equipment leaves nothing to be desired.  The houses 1 and 2 have in the basement 365 m² leisure wellness and fitness areas, which are also available to the guests of the houses 3 and 4. There is bio and Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, fitness, massages by appointment. Recreation rooms, playroom for toddlers, billiards, table tennis and V. A. more. Outside there are playgrounds for large and small children, several barbecue areas. The Haffer races invite you to relax with a glass of wine. The Hangar 10 with its worlds of experience, aircraft museum and the very good restaurant is within walking distance after only 400 meters. The imperial baths are only 10-15 minutes by car. The tranquility and seclusion of the Haffküste guarantee, in contrast to the imperial baths, pure relaxation. The small airport Heringsdorf is only open from the end of April to the end of October and has a maximum flight volume of 8-9 machines on the weekends.  All our guests rave about the heavenly peace in the oasis. The entire facility is barrier-free!
