Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr gut gelegen. Warum wir nur einen Stern geben: im Küchen Wohnzimmerbereich kommt das Abflussrohr von der oberen Wohnung durch, verkleidet mit einer dünnen Holzschicht. Dies bedeutet, dass zu jeder Tages und Nacht Zeit man die Klogeräusche der Nachbarn sehr laut vor allem im Wohn und Küchenbereich hört, was insbesondere vor dem Hintergrund nicht ok ist, dass hier auch angebotene Schlafplätze sind, so dass unsere einer Sohn permanent geweckt wurde von sehr unappetitlich Geräuschen.Auf unsere Beschwerden wurden wir erst abgewimmelt dann vertröstet und danach keine Reaktion mehr. Dieses bei dem sehr hohen Preis der Wohnung eine nicht akzeptable Reaktion. Ich kann leider diese Wohnung deswegen nicht empfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für 4 Personen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön, das Schlafen auf dem Schlafsofa im Gemeinschaftsraum (falls man die Wohnung mit mehr 4 Personen nutzen möchte) wird leider durch sehr laut hörbare Abflussgeräusche aus den Sanitärräumen der Wohnungen in den Obergeschossen gestört. Alles andere war top.
