The 20-acre property is hidden from view and has an automatic gate, providing secure parking for 4 cars. The 11 x 5.5 m heated swimming pool (1.4 to 1.8 m deep) in mosaics with jacuzzi (4 people) is equipped with an all-season heat pump, a salt chlorinator, automatic pH regulation and LED lighting. Large terrace offering all the necessary comfort to enjoy the place in a Provencal environment with umbrella pines, olive and palm trees. Gas barbecue and large shaded pétanque court.
The fully air-conditioned house, furnished and tastefully decorated, has 4 bedrooms and spacious closets, 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 toilets (including 1 for guests). The living room with open fire, the office, the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room open onto the garden and face the swimming pool. A large covered terrace allows you to eat and relax out of the sun. Plasma, DVD player, cabinet for iPod / iPhone and WIFI throughout the villa and outside.
