Come enjoy your stay at Bear Foot Haven...the perfect location in the "Summit of Gatlinburg". This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condo is located just 3.5 miles from downtown Gatlinburg's strip. This is the perfect location for a family vacation or a weekend getaway.
Upon entering the unit, you will find both entry level bedrooms are roomy with Queen beds in each. There is a full bathroom with tub/shower combo in the master bedroom. The guest bathroom is just outside the guest bedroom with a full shower.
The open floor plan between the full kitchen area and living space finds a beautiful fireplace with a cozy dining nook in the corner. Up the spiral staircase, you will find the loft bedroom which is perfect for both children and/or additional guests. The loft bedroom includes two bunk beds with twin size beds over full size beds on each, and caution should be used with small children to avoid falls. TV's are available in all bedrooms and living space. There is a small balcony on the back to admire breathtaking views of the mountains. The Summit of Gatlinburg also has a seasonal outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, two indoor hot tubs, a small playground area, picnic tables and charcoal grills, and also coin operated laundry on site. Firewood is available for purchase at the club house in the colder months.

Mountain views & bears a plenty

We were pleased with the property! The pictures on VRBO don't do it justice, they are too dark. The space is much lighter in person & the skylight added a lot of light too. Loft was cool! The decor was very fitting & had plenty of room to spread out or be close together. With the large dining table located near the couch & over sized chair there was plenty of seating for us 3. The balcony had 2 seating options & was perfect for early morning reading. We didn't prepare any meals in the galley kitchen, mainly made breakfast bowls & reheated takeout. We found everything we needed for what we did prepare. The water pressure was nice & there was enough hot water. Had 2 Dollywood beverage cups we used day we went to park.Nice & quiet.I would definitely stay here again.Now for the things that need some attention.I reached out to Property Management several times & never heard back, same for the cleaning crew. Was about door not locking & water leaking from fridge.Instructions on how to lock the door-on the inside of door handle 'turn piece' needs to be horizontal for the door to lock behind you.Was water in front of the refrigerator EVERY day, pool was very dirty, curtain rod in bathroom not secured to wall, no top sheet on bed, no extra linens, other bed had plastic protector-made it very hot, bath fan ceiling tape hanging down from ceiling, stove door hits wall, stove drawer off track & microwave door wonky.Small things, but need to be addressed.

Amazing.... EVERYTHING!!!

This condo is amazing! The view is amazing! The set up of the condo is amazing!!! The hot tub for the adults right beside the indoor pool is amazing!!! This property is everything you need for a get away!!! After a long day at Dollywood coming back to relax in the hot tub was great! The bears walking around outside were a treat to watch! The only thing I could say bad about this place is the road leading to it. If you are not use to Curvy, switch back mountain roads be sure you drive during the day. Other than that we will be back for sure!

Beautiful Scenery

Drive up the mountain was filled with twists and turns but was very beautiful. Got to see the first black bear crossing the road on the way up. Place was clean and comfortable. There was enough room for everyone to have their own space while still enjoying each other's company. Plenty of things to do between the three tourist towns. Pool was nice and warm - warmer than the hot tub. Pizza that we ordered was great and they delivered without issue. Got to see a mother bear with 2 cubs on the way off of the mountain on our final day. It was a rather enjoyable vacation.

We were very pleased with our condo! Bed was so comfy! The drive up was a little rattling… not used to mountain roads quite like those. But, the property was great. Host was very responsive with questions. Would stay here again.

Cute Little Surprise!

The pictures don't do this place justice. Its a nice homey little place to hang out! My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves and have asked to go back! I will say there is some minor things to be worked on, but nothing that stopped us from enjoying our first trip to the mountains. I've already started scoping out dates to return!

Please list that this condo is the top floor and no elevator. We had 2 elderly people and myself who has back problems had to carry everything up a ton of stairs. This really needs to be addressed.

The only suggestions I would have are needs more towels, batteries in the remote and some extra blankets. It had plenty of pillows. It had beautiful views!
