Step into soaring cathedral ceilings and newly upgraded modern lighting that highlight this cozy mountain retreat. The main floor features a king bedroom with private jacuzzi room and ensuite bath—no stairs required. Upstairs, a queen bedroom with its own bathroom provides privacy for a second couple or the kids. Oversized TVs throughout the cabin ensure you won’t miss a game or movie night.



The fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space offer everything you need for laid-back meals, relaxing evenings, and warm gatherings around the fireplace. Two arcade machines bring family fun indoors no matter the weather.

Outside, relax in the private hot tub or gather around the firepit under starry skies. The cabin is just a short walk from the community pool, one of three available in Cobbly Nob Resort during summer months. Grill dinner on the deck, unwind in a rocker with a view, or enjoy a peaceful mountain morning with coffee in hand.



Situated within Gatlinburg’s high-end Cobbly Nob Resort, Cozy Timbers gives you access to Bent Creek Golf Course and is only 13 miles from downtown. Explore waterfalls and wildflowers at the nearby Greenbriar entrance to Great Smoky Mountains National Park, or take in the craftsmanship on the Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail just 7 miles away.

The Neighborhood:

Situated in the much sought out High-End Community Golf Community, Cobby Knob Resort. You pass directly through the Bent Creek Golf Course to get to the cabin. Tee fees are a reasonable $29-$49 depending on season and course. The Resort provides 3 swimming pools for your summer enjoyment, open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Getting Around:

Cozy Timbers is only 13 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, which is a short and lovely drive.



5 miles from the cabin is the Greenbriar entrance to the Great Smoky Mountain National Forest known for its wildflowers, butterflies, cascading waterfalls, driving and hiking trails and fishing.



About 7 miles from Cozy Timbers is the 8-mile artists loop trail full of shops, galleries, studios, restaurants, candy shops and cafes where local artisans show their craftsmanship.

This 'historic 8-mile loop has been designated a Tennessee Heritage Arts & Crafts Trail. Established in 1937, these artisans whittle, paint, sew, cast, weave and carve to create original collectibles such as candles, baskets, quilts, brooms, pottery, jewelry, dolls, ceramics, scrimshaw, silversmithing, leather, stained glass, wearable fashions, fine photography, frameable art, oils and watercolors.'

** Community Pool open between Memorial Day and Labor Day

* Driveway is steep, so please be mindful of your vehicle when booking the cabin

*Although we love pets, this is not a pet friendly cabin.

*Hot tub takes a few hours to heat up after it has been cleaned and sanitized after the previous guests checked out.

* All refunds from cancellations may be subject to a 4% credit card processing fee depending on how you booked the property, meaning some listing sites may have the fee and some may not.

*Unfortunately, we cannot do early check-ins or late check-outs from Memorial Day to New Years Day.

*We kindly ask that if you need a late checkout that you get approval 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, a $100 fine will be charged if you stay past check-out time without permission.

*Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this listing.
