The property itself was amazing! All staff was very nice and accommodating. The free continental break was very good and a lot of options! The only complaint is the bed and the pillows as nice as the property is you would think they would have top notch mattress and pillows as well but they did NOT that will be the only reason we will not stay there again.

Loved the resort on a whole BUT the main reason we picked this hotel was for the beautiful heated pool and hot tub. Hot tub was warm and pool was frigid. It was really disappointing. We were there for 6 days and only saw one adult go in the pool. Lazy river temp was good. Stayed at a Dollywood resort first and temp was wonderful, would stay there for entire stay next time. Also no bureau in room that sleeps 6. It was a little challenging to stay organized. All staff were great and no issues with housekeeping. Breakfast was great.

Beautiful, well appointed hotel. We ate at the restaurant and while the service was excellent, my fiancé’s meal looked as if it had been re-heated. Pork tenderloin was dry and cold. But in compensation we were given a lovely dessert! Perfect location and staff interactions were excellent & very friendly. I highly recommend!

Jade the bar tender was GREAT. Also the front desk guy when we checked in on the night of 4/30 I can’t remember his name…started with a J or H light skinned man. He was so pleasant after our drive from NC.
