The hotel looks brand new, it’s located near the “downtown street” with stores restaurants etc, AMAZING breakfast, staff is lovely and the rooms are so great!!! The view from the balcony is breathtaking specially when it’s snowing… I’m coming back again! The best price for a great hotel

Room was clean and property is in a great location. Housekeeping was unpredictable and we generally had to request it by stopping bybthe front desk. The coffe shop's hours were inconsistent. Happy hour with l8ght snacks was nice.

During our stay there was a big snow storm (14”!). The entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate guests and make sure things ran as normal as possible. Many stayed all weekend at the hotel just to keep things running. It was a wonderful experience. This was our second stay in two years and has officially become our go-to resort in Gatlinburg!

The breakfast was amazing and free happy hour was a bonus. The indoor poor is shallow (up to 3ft) but it’s heated so my son didn’t mind and the hot tub was always available. We even saw a black bear when we were lounging. It was the perfect location!

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. The room was spotless, the pool area was clean and beautiful! Breakfast was wonderful, especially the made to order omelets. The staff was top notch. Our room was cleaned every day. We will go back again this summer and look forward to seeing the friendly staff again.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at your Embassy Suites location in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. What should have been a relaxing visit turned into an upsetting and unacceptable experience. During my stay, personal items went missing from my room. This is a serious breach of trust and security, and it left me feeling unsafe and disrespected. When I brought this issue to the attention of the manager on duty, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of professionalism. Instead of receiving support or concern, I felt dismissed. The combination of missing belongings and poor customer service made my entire stay stressful and disheartening. This is far below the standard I expect from your brand. I am requesting a full investigation into the missing items, accountability for the unprofessional behavior I encountered, and appropriate compensation for the distress and inconvenience this situation caused. The staff were amazing as always. The room itself needed some work with the toilet paper roll being broken, bathroom door handle was loose and close to falling off, the shower temperature panel was loose and did not stay in place so hot/cold had to be adjusted by feel and the body wash was completely empty at checkin. Overall it was a good stay abd the staff was very helpful but this property definitely didnt reach my expectations of hilton stabdards as many other embassy suite locations do.

The best breakfast ever. The chefs and staff amazing. Super clean lobby. Bar staff wonderful. Trolley stops in the street outside the hotel so you don’t even need a car to go around gatlinburg. Would stay again 100%

Property was pet friendly and I did not mind paying the $75 pet fee, but we were charged $100 for a pet damage fee. Our 5lb yorkie did not damage anything. I was not told of this charge at checkout and if there had been damage, I would have been more than happy to pay for it, but our dog did not damage anything. I did not discover this charge until several weeks after our stay. Needless to say that we will not be back. I hope this review prevents other pet owners from getting scammed like we did.
