Had a fantastic stay. The staff was duper helpful and friendly. This was a first trip with 2 new puppies and the hotel was super clean and spacious to fit the puppies crates and still have plenty of room for the people. Location was perfect. Right on the strip could walk everywhere we needed.

For the nightly rate we paid, I was expecting a much nicer place. There were stains on the carpet and an odor in the room. The office employees weren’t overly friendly. However, that seems to be the norm anymore wherever you go.

Room was clean, staff were incredibly friendly to us, the hotel is right on the strip downtown so EVERYTHING is walkable. They are pet friendly (we didn’t bring pets, but a lot of other folks did!). There are shared balconies between rooms that are great for people watching and they provide chairs. Rooms seem to be recently refreshed/updated as well. Only complaint is the bed was a little… too hard lol. Everything else was phenomenal, we will be staying here for our yearly visits from now on

Very convenient location on Main Street. Parking was helpful, otherwise have to pay in the city parking. Conditioner didn’t work right, had to turn it off. Breakfast was ok except eggs and sausage were almost cold. Town was very busy with tourist for Oktoberfest, so overall I was happy just to be there for festivities.

Obviously you know when you book something on the Gatlinburg strip it will be dated. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area many times and understand convenience versus nice new hotel. With that said- when we opened our door for the first time- the smell of mist and mold hits you. The entire carpet around the AC unit was soaked. It stayed soaked the whole stay. (Temp outside in 70’s, we had it set to 70 during day and 69 at night so it definitely didn’t run often) the whole room felt damp, our clothes, the bedding, etc. Since we were out most of the days, we tried not to let it bother us. Every towel seemed stained, the bedsheets stained.. the carpet was so dirty our socks were black. The indoor pool didn’t have the heater that worked so the water was ice cold and the hot tub didn’t work. The staff was very kind. We did ask about the pool, but were told no eta on it being fixed. The convenience of this location is the only thing that’s nice, being able to leave your room and walk for dinner or activities. The rates are very high for the amount of issues with the hotel though.

My room smell like mildew and there was cockroaches everywhere to front desk. Thought it might just be the people that stayed before us. They came in fumigated our room and left us without anywhere to go. Will never stay here again.

Nice room. Great location. Convenient for walking downtown. Wonderful breakfast. Front desk staff friendly. Balcony a plus. Indoor pool was nice but not heated; no restroom nearby. Had to ask for enough towels every day (3 guests registered; only 2 sets in room). TV kept coming on by itself; had to unplug it every night. Small bathroom. Couldn’t get water for shower regulated; either too hot or too cold. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

We originally booked a suite. There were 5 of us. The suite was not like it was advertised. Basically 2 rooms with full size beds not queen, one bathroom, one area to hang clothes. Thankfully Dyneen at the front desk changed our accommodations and put us in two rooms with 2 beds each room next to each. Dyneen at the front desk was very professional, very friendly. A plus to the facility. Hot tub was not working. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was indoor pool and hot tub. we brought our grandchildren. Indoor pool was dirty and we had to ask for someone to clean before the kids would get in it. Clumps of hair floating on the bottom, bugs, clothes tags were in the bottom.
