The staff were great. The room not so much. Less than 10 minutes there my socks were black on the bottom. Bring your house shoes. They did not service our room every day like their paper said that they gave us on check in. And the last night we were there ants invaded the bathroom.

Well we called and got told multiple different things about the pool amenities. Kept being told it would be ready the next day. Was very important for our daughter so we were bummed. Rooms were basically clean. Wouldn’t say the cleanest but good enough. The breakfast was also lacking. The stay wasn’t bad but could be better for a hotel in gatlinburg.

The room was great. Only two complaints... no hot water at bathroom sink, bathtub unknown did not use. Outside noise from trucks and loud motorcycle no fault to the hotel. Staff was wonderful.
