The rooms could use some updating. The TV in our room was very small and ever channel had a lot of static. We only made it to one breakfast. The eggs, pancakes, and sausage were good; however, they were all cold. The biscuits for the sausage gravy were hard, showing they had been sitting out after cooking for a good amount of time. Staff was friendly.

I'm a 42-year old male that travels solo for business. I typically don't review a hotel unless it's very good or pretty bad. And I don't feel a hotel is "bad" if I wouldn't let my wife or daughters stay there. In this case, I applaud Wyndham for painting lipstick on this pig, but I can't recommend this hotel. It is an old hotel, as anyone who is familiar with Gatlinburg knows. The photos make the hotel look much more renovated than it actually is. Overall, the location and easy parking is still great, but they didn't do enough for me to consider staying here again. The issue is that, beyond the new paint and furnishings, it's old, dirty, and not well-maintained. They'll get another decade out of this place, or longer, I'm sure, but it'll be a better day in Gatlinburg when it's finally torn down and replaced. If you need a cheap place and really want to be on the main strip in Gatlinburg and don't mind a janky stay, go for it. But as I said before, I wouldn't bring my family here.

Breakfast was not great. Cold pancakes and eggs. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. Room service didn’t put washcloths in the room so we had to go ask for some. Was told they would bring some to our room. Four hours later, we finally got them.

The king bed sheets were to small, they changed them, but wasn't much better. The TV wouldn't turn off, so we unplugged it. Other than those to things, the stay was nice. The Staff was helpful.
