Everyone here from the staff to the other guests were amazing. The only thing that happened that could be considered negative was the elevator broke down while we were on it and wouldn't open its doors. We called the front desk from a cell phone and they immediately jumped into action to ensure we were ok with our baby and that the elevator was back up and running in a timely manner. I will not fault them for the elevator as it was not their fault and we were only stuck on it for approximately 2 minutes. All things considered we absolutely loved our stay here at the Old Creek Lodge and will 100% be stayingnwith them in the future!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious. We loved the fireplace in the room and the cabin feel. The balcony looked over the creek and it was so nice to step out and watch the geese and ducks and hear the running water. So beautiful. The location was great. We walked from the hotel to everything we wanted to do and the trolley passed right by if we would have wanted to use it also.

We love this hotel and always stay here on our yearly visit to Gatlinburg. The rooms are spacious, have a balcony over the river and are always clean. It’s located off the main street but still walkable to everything. It’s a short 2 minute drive to the park entrance. We highly recommend Old Creek Lodge.

Lovely stay! Fireplace in room, great shower, comfy beds & beautiful view from balcony- saw black bears along river bank! Only negative- saw assh*les took up 2 parking spaces w/ their trucks. We came back from dinner & were told to park down the street & walk back to the hotel. We paid for parking! Why weren’t the truck owners told to move?
