Settle into a relaxed, family-friendly home base with room for groups up to 11 across 2 bedrooms, flexible sleeping spaces, and 3 full bathrooms. The main living areas are designed for downtime—gather in the lounge with a Smart TV, rack up a game of pool in the basement game room, or kick back in the loft.

Step outside to multiple wraparound decks showcasing Smoky Mountain views. The lower deck features a private hot tub nestled for privacy. Fire up the gas BBQ grill and dine outdoors, then unwind on the stargazing decks with morning coffee or a sunset sip. A full laundry room adds convenience during longer stays.

Important Things to Note

• Parking: Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles in the private paved driveway directly in front of the property. There is no turnaround; you will need to back in or back out.

• Stairs: This is a multi-level home and stairs are required.

• WiFi/Cell Service: WiFi is provided; however, due to the remote mountain location, speed and reliability for both WiFi and cell service can vary and are not guaranteed.

• Cobbly Nob amenities: Enjoy a safe, gated community with security; 3 seasonal outdoor pools with mountain views; scenic drives and walking access to mountain streams; and access to Bent Creek Golf Course designed by Gary Player. Pool availability is seasonal and subject to change.

• Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome your furry friend! One pet is allowed per stay. An additional $75 fee applies. If you are provided the option, please include your pet in the guest count at booking. If this is not an option, please reach out to our Guest Experience team prior to your stay to add your pet and ensure the fee is processed. Pets must be crated or safely contained when left alone in the home. Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors. Additional cleaning or damage caused by pets may result in extra charges.

• Check in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee or approve early check in or late checkout requests in advance.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.



Getting Around:

Location logistics: About a 15-minute drive to Downtown Gatlinburg; around 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge, Dollywood, and The Island; a quick drive to the Greenbrier entrance for waterfalls and trails; near ClimbWorks Zipline, outfitters, distilleries, and river tubing; local restaurants and groceries are within roughly 10 minutes.
