We have the 4 parking spots closest to our house. There are 7 total parking spots in the parking area for our house and the neighbor. However, 3 of them are for the neighboring property. The 4th spot in front of our property will only fit a car. It will not fit 4 SUVs or 4 Trucks, it will fit 3 SUVs/Trucks and 1 car.

We absolutely love this place! Kind of room and everyone had their own bathroom, which made it so easy to relax after a long day of hiking. The Jacuzzi was amazing and the kids absolutely loved the river. They didn’t even want to do any of the sites of Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge because the river was so fun. It was close enough to everything yet you felt like you were still in a River Cabin. The host was super communicative and responsive. Super detailed instructions and getting in and out was a breeze.We will be back!

Our host was great! Very easy. The house was beautiful, just like the description on website. We had 5 couples and had plenty of room, each had their own bathroom, and enough seating for all of us. Sitting on deck was so relaxing and we even had a fire pit for s’mores. Close to main strip. We will be back! Highly recommend

Everything was perfect. The cabin was very clean, everything we needed to cook and enjoy the cabin was supplied, and the creek set a feeling of relaxation. Added to all that, the location to Gatlinburg made it easy to leave the car parked too. There were 10 of us and we never felt cramped and enjoyed the 4 days we had together. This was a special trip too because we had planned to stay here two years ago and my mother had an accident and we had to cancel. Blake made it so simple and he was very understanding of the circumstance. With hosts like this, we for sure wanted to rent from him again.

This is the second year we’ve rented this place to spend the weekend with friends. Although Saturday morning was a wet one we managed to get out and explore later in the day. Very convenient to Gatlinburg. Clean and comfortable for all eight of us. My one complaint would be the downstairs bed is way too tall for a short girl, like myself to get into. Oh yeah, we did see a bear walking down the rock wall outside our deck.

This house is awesome! The location cannot be beat. We were there on a very busy Labor Day weekend, and we did not have to drive at all. It was so nice to be able to walk into town. The house is very clean and well cared for. The river in the back was our favorite part. We fished and saw several bears! The hot tub was a good size and clean as well. We definitely plan on returning in the future.

Relax by the river

This house is the perfect place for 5 couples to each have their own bedroom and bathrooms. The house is well stocked with everything we needed for a few days visit in Gatlinburg. The listing is very accurate with details and photos of the accommodations. The host, Blake, is quick to answer any questions and is great at communication. House is walking distance to Gatlinburg and having the river outside adds to a relaxing atmosphere. We like this house so much we have stayed here twice and plan to visit again in the future.

This home was great for 4 couples getting together for a long weekend to catch up. You can grill, sit around the fire pit by the river and everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom for great convenience. The home was very clean and as advertised.
