Clean, Efficient and Location A Plus.

This hotel is compact but it couldn't be more centrally located. A few blocks from the main entrance to the Smoky Mountain National Park and right on the shopping strip of Gatlinburg. It looks like it is just renovated or going though one. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. Not much in the way of views because of the building location but again when I can walk down the street and not have to get in the car after the various drink tastings ;) a definite plus. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. No breakfast but coffee in the office. Definitely would stay here again .

The room seemed clean enough, but there was a funky smell that I think was coming from the air conditioner. Also, we had a small balcony that the view was of the wall of the building next door. They didn’t let you know that there was construction going on in the building until after you had booked the room. The plus was it is very convenient to downtown.

When arriving at the property the front desk attendant was asleep and I asked about the pool she said I could go in anytime knowing that the pool had a sign on it that it was closed we could see the pool from the room but my granddaughter could not go swim it made for an awful trip

It was a great stay as usual. We have stayed at the Reagan the last few years for our anniversary / birthday trip. This time was a little exciting with a part breaking in the ice machine flooding the hall to then the fire department showing up.

Couple's overnight

Overall nice, they are working on renovating but the pool went down to 9 feet which is amazing for adults, and the shallow end is not large. The bed was extremely comfortable and the location is convinient. Definitely more geared towards adults, which was great for this trip. Only negative I could mention is a few small details in the room, such as it being nonsmoking, but having cigarette burns in the top sheet and the blackout curtains for the balcony. But especially for the location and the softness of the bed it was perfect for our trip.

Great room with rude company

The room was amazing, huge and very clean. Housekeeping kept us stocked with everything and easy to get to. The only complaint i have is the control of the other guest. For example we was woken up many many times every night due to other guest that was clearly drunk screaming and being very loud as well as their kids running up to our door multiple times trying to open it and banding on the door. I understand they was just having a good time during their visit but there is still no reason to be that inconsiderate multiple times every single night even while staff was there. But as far as the building it self everything was great.
