This place is nothing special . It is clean and a very convenient location if you plan on staying in Gatlinburg . It is my favorite hotel in Gatlinburg . I stay there at least twice a year for the last 3 years .

Great overall for the price/location!

The bed was a little uncomfy but nothing too bad! Cleanliness was average. Location was superb! Close to everything in gatlinburg that you literally could walk everywhere. The drive to pigeon forge is only about 30 mins. Water pressure was ok, not too bad but not wonderful.For this being a budget friendly hotel its pretty good. Would definitely stay again!

The location of this Inn is in an excellent spot in downtown Gatlinburg. The property is outdated, but it seems they are doing renovations. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

Reeked of Weed!!!

My biggest issue was the whole 2nd floor and the elevator reeked of WEED!!!! Someone else's good time (or whatever) shouldn't get to effect someone's stay that much!!! We complained to the front desk many times and they would spray something... But it didn't help. If you are going to welcome Weedies, then put it out there so that others can choose a different hotel. I understand that this is a 2-3 star hotel, but when you have multiple complaints of an entire floor reeking of weed, then you need to do something about it. We enjoyed the rest of the stay. The staff was nice. The room was clean.The bed and pillows were comfortable. The jet tub was great, and it didn't run out of hot water. The showerhead had some powerful pressure and felt amazing on your back and shoulders. The hotel, itself, is in a great location to be in walking distance of everything on the Strip... We just couldn't stand the smell of weed EVERY TIME we left or came back to our room.

Basic room, don't expect a lot of bells and whistles. balcony pointless unless you smoke, all you see from balcony is neighboring building wall. Still, clean quiet room at a great rate, super convenient to convention center, aquarium etc
