Someday Getaway is a modern cabin with VIEWS! Located in the coveted Gatlinburg Falls Resort, the cabin is just a mere 3 miles to downtown Gatlinburg and under 10 miles to Dollywood!! Nestled in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, this cozy yet elegant pet-friendly cabin has all the amenities you need for a relaxing break, including all the comforts of home plus a hot tub, games, amazing views, and proximity to all the local attractions. Our cozy cabin was designed with friends and family getaways in mind and is an ideal place to gather for a memorable stay in the mountains!!

Wake up in the morning and sip your coffee/tea while enjoying the breath taking views of the Smoky Mountains. The cabin is spacious, with all the modern comforts and amenities you will need to make it feel like a home away from home. It has an indoor fireplace, a hot tub with mountains views, a fully equipped kitchen, and a great selection of arcade games, a pool table and board games to keep the whole family occupied.

All the comforts of home: The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, Insta-pot, kettle, toaster, dinnerware, and utensils. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available in the bathrooms. There is an onsite washer and dryer along with an iron and ironing board for your convenience.

We provide a start of toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, sugar/creamer, and laundry/dishwasher pods. Be aware that you may need to buy more, depending on your length of stay.

***Kid friendly: Got kids? We do too! Child-friendly items (pack and play, high chair, plastic plates, and utensils, etc.) have been provided. Note that while the property is kid friendly it is not necessarily child-proof.

***Pet friendly: Dogs are subject to host approval and require a $150 pet fee per pet to cover additional cleaning costs. Dogs must be house trained and clean. Pets are not allowed on the bed, furniture or hot tub and must be crated if left unattended.

***You will likely see and hear critters & BEARS! Bears frequent the area and they are dangerous. Please do not leave food in your vehicles.

***Bugs (ants, millipedes, bees, and other insects) may be present even inside the cabin. Our cabin is professionally treated by a licensed pest control company on a monthly basis. Being in the heart of the national park can create its challenges with insects. We do not allow refunds for the presence of these type of insects so please consider that as you decide if this property is right for you.

***The hot tub is a great place to relax. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Children must be supervised by an adult while using the hot tub. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Free parking available on the premises. We have enabled key-less check in with a key pad on the door. Access codes will be sent to you a few days prior to your arrival.

As a guest here, you have access to the community pool during open season and are just minutes from local grocery stores, coffee shops, and downtown Gatlinburg.

WINTER DRIVING
Please be mindful that you are renting a cabin in the mountains and use caution when driving in the winter. The roads leading up to this cabin are relatively flat and not curvy. These are city roads, so we cannot guarantee any road surface conditions. No changes or refunds are given due to fear of heights or roads.

We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to weather conditions, so we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of a weather event that would make roads impassable to vehicles.

NOTE:
Please be aware that while we ensure that all furniture is well-maintained, it's important to use it responsibly and carefully to prevent any accidents. We advise you to take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the space and use all items as intended.

Please note that as per our house rules and VRBO's policy, the host is not responsible for any injuries incurred at the property. Your safety is important to us, so if you notice any potential safety issues upon check-in, please inform us immediately so we can address them.
