Room was clean but cramped. Main mattress was average but the second bed was an upholstered couch, small and tucked into a corner. Neither “bed” was very comfortable. Location was great for access to Gatwick North. Staff was efficient and friendly. Decent happy hour and good food in the restaurant.

Stressful pressured check in as only allowed to park at front of hotel (lower ground with reception on level 0) 10 minutes - or charged £1 per minute for every minute over!! Charged £3 per bag - yes to charity but … to leave bags if too early for strict 3 pm check in - and not a minute before. Opted to pay £15 for early check in. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Only one towel in bathroom, so had to find staff member for another. Lovely handwashing and body wash/shampoo. Convenient location for early flight from Gatwick North Terminal. Quick maintenance fix when TV froze.

Room was very small making it impossible to open suitcases. Beds VERY comfortable. Bathroom excellent - great shower. Dinner disappointing as quite a few things not on menu. The falafel were not good.
