Maremma is a real oasis of natural beauties:along the coast the severe pinewoods, the sandy beaches and uncontaminated sea,the spectacular countryside, famous for is horses and excellent wines. Il Serraglio has been totally refurbished in the spring of 2009 and is composed of two adjoining houses connected by an open gallery on the ground floor and an open terrace on the top floor. Of note is the annexe, detached from the house, which is a intriguing conversion of a silo previously used for wheat storage. Guests at Il Serraglio will be astounded by the magnificent swimming pool and surrounding grounds including the pool house. In the park we can find a great variety of areas where you can dine on the fresh summer evenings, or sunbathe in total relax. In the well-kept park you can appreciate the perfume and colours of the flowers and plants. Serratone has three pools of different depths, one for small children. Near the pool is a small building which houses a bathroom and changing room. Inside the park there is also a tennis court, a stable and a private golf-course. Staff at Il Serraglio are prepared and experienced and will take care of the guests needs in the most professional way.

Accommodations The villa is a rare and elegant country refuge. It was restored in 2009 and is made up of two houses, joined by a lodge on the ground floor and a terrace on the first floor. The interior of the villa is made up of contemporary style mixed with the traditional Tuscan style. Spacious and independent , the villa has an original and welcoming design, simple but sophisticated. Unattached, there is the Dependance which was originally a grain warehouse and which now has been transformed into a fantastic Spa with gym, Hammam and massage room.
