Beautiful facility with amazing view

Beautiful spacious apartment, fully equipped with amazing terrace and view. The hotel is nearby a shopping center and it takes 1 minute to walk there in a very protected “tunnel” (protected means you can just walk to the shopping center without an umbrella even if it’s raining). Staff is super friendly, we will be definitely back.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House Gebze again and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern decor of both the lobby and my room. They had upgraded my room which was even more spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary water and toiletries. I also had a fantastic view from my window, which made my mornings even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s breakfast. The variety of fresh and delicious as always. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their professionalism and kindness truly made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Hyatt House Gebze to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
