The booking said parking available. However it was not and the hotel staff insisted this has to be booked in advance directly with the hotel. There is no mention of this on the booking. It transpired they have just 20odd spaces available for a 10 story hotel. Street parking in the are is unsafe (broken side window glass on the floor). Nearest secure parking is 500m away.

Paid in advance for on site parking via Expedia. No parking available when we arrived. Had to argue at boom gate to gain entry then argue at reception. Free drink at bar not acknowledged until I won another argument. At checkout I was asked to book directly with hotel in future. Pity as this is a nice property.
