The "Küstenauszeit" vacation apartment is very modern and comfortably furnished and boasts a fantastic location not far from the Baltic Sea beach. The lovely furnishings immediately create a feeling of being on vacation at the Baltic Sea.



In the separate bedroom there is a comfortable double bed with a comfortable width of 1.8 meters. The window has insect protection and shutters to darken the room so that you can enjoy a restful night's sleep. There are two further sleeping options in the living area with a high-quality kitchenette, which is equipped with a kettle, microwave and extractor hood.



The beautiful balcony with a wicker beach chair and an unobstructed view of the forest offers a lovely spot to enjoy breakfast together in the morning. Garden furniture is available here so that you can enjoy the sun and breakfast together in the morning.



There is enough space in the weatherproof storage shed for a maximum of 4 bicycles that you can bring with you. There is also a beach trolley in the shed.

There is a riding stables just 5 km away which is open all year round and offers rides on the beach, pony rides for the little ones are also possible.



Due to the many excursion possibilities nearby, the vacation apartment offers a perfect combination of relaxation and active vacation. The surrounding area offers a well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails for extensive tours. A lockable bicycle box is included in the "Küstenauszeit" vacation apartment. The five-kilometer-long, fine sandy beach, the 12,000-hectare Rostocker Heide forest area and the upland moor with rare animals and plants offer plenty of space for rest and relaxation. The Baltic Sea spa resort of Graal-Müritz is just a few minutes away. The Hanseatic city of Rostock and other excursion possibilities, such as the Fischland-Darß peninsula and Zingst, are also nearby.
