Die Wohnung war komplett ausgekühlt und die Heizung hat nicht funktioniert. Mehrere der elektronischen Heizungsventile hatten Fehlermeldungen vor allem wegen Batteriestatus.

Die Wohnung selbst war Ok, aber der Eingang über den Hinterhof doch eher abschreckend. Hinter der Wohnungstür waren wir doch positiv überrascht. Wir hatten mit 8 Personen bewusst die 11 Personen Wohnung gebucht - und hatten dann doch im WoZi schlafen müssen, da ein Zimmer abgeschlossen war. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung gut ausgestattet und sauber. Eine große Dachterrasse lässt den Blick ins Grüne schweifen, aber auch aufs Nachbarhaus mit Baumwuchs im Dachgeschoss was eher kennzeichnend für Umfeld ist.Aber der Preis der nächstes Jahr fürs gleiche Wochende von Fr. bis So. aufgerufen wird ist masslos überzogen, fast doppelt so viel wie im Sept. 2025.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung, etwas außerhalb

Die Wohnung und besonders die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Terasse war auch top. Der Eingang war etwas schwer zu finden und die Umgebung am Außeneingang der Wohnung waren leider sehr ungepflegt und mit Sperrmüll voll gestellt. Davon hat man aber in der Wohnung nichts gemerkt. Dort war alles sauber und ordentlich.
