A stay in our 4-bedroom home will provide you with quick access to all the Geneva/Ashtabula County area has to offer. Located in downtown Geneva, you can walk across the street to enjoy a glass of wine at Old Mill Winery. Or wake up to a fresh roasted cup of coffee at Scribblers, just 3 doors down from our home. Walk two blocks into downtown Geneva to explore shops and restaurants, including the new Darkroom Brewery.

The summer resort town of Geneva on the Lake is a quick 5-minute drive to the north. The home is surrounded by local wineries, breweries, and distilleries - over 25 in a 20-mile radius of the home. The world-renowned Spire Institute is located just 3 miles south of our home.

Don't feel like going out? Need to relax after a busy day? Gather and make meals in the fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 12. Enjoy a movie in the cozy living or warm up with a fire in the fire pit. Dine alfresco on the covered patio after grilling on the provided grill.

The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were added in 2022. The open concept kitchen/living were also renovated and updated in 2022. The two king beds downstairs and four queen beds upstairs offer a great night's rest with all linens, pillows, and blankets provided. The open kitchen is fully stocked for your culinary pleasure. The large island is perfect for a family or couple gathering.

HOUSE RULES:
We love our vacation home. We ask that our guests love it too. No smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, vapes, etc.) is allowed on the property. Primary guest must be 25 years old in order to rent the property. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No pets of any kind are allowed on the property.

Home is very nice. Nice open kitchen and living room. Beds were comfortable. Only thing we missed was a Hair Dryer, but one of the girls did bring one. Also needed a kitchen towel, but all in all everything was wonderful. Great location. We visited 8 wineries and 1 distillery all very close to each other. We had a wonderful time

This was a great place to stay in the area. Central to all the wineries and just two blocks from downtown Geneva. The back patio is a perfect hang out spot. The rooms are all a good size and the rest of the space is perfect for a larger family. We had a great time!

My friends and I went for Thunder On The Strip for the weekend. It was a beautiful location with plenty of things to do within walking distance. It was only a 10 minute ride to the rally, which was fine. We had 4 bikes with us so we were even able to park in the garage. There was plenty to do at the home, as well, such as a firepit with plenty of seating and cornhole. Definitely a weekend well spent. Highly recommend this property.

Bachelorette Weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Geneva! The rental is in a great location and is a short drive to the Vineyards, GOTL, and Geneva State Park. Very clean, spacious, and great outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Family Reunion

Great get together with grandparents and grandkids. Loved the open kitchen and large island where we could play games and catch up. We brought corn hole and set it up the backyard. Went to Geneva on the Lake and a few wineries that were close by.

Roomy comfortable house in Geneva

The house sits on the main road and is within walking distance to restaurants and shops on downtown Geneva. The house is clean and comfortable with everything we needed to cook and grill basic meals. Giant Eagle is 0.4 miles down the street—very convenient. We enjoyed the winery across the street. Short drive to GOTL. Great house and FANTASTIC hosts.

I can’t say enough good things about this property! This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed here and it’s the perfect place for a group, whether it’s family or friends it’s 5 stars all the way! The house is spotless, there’s plenty of space for everyone, and it’s close to all the wineries by shuttle bus! And the giant eagle is right up the road in case you forget something! Cute back yard with a fire pit as well ! You definitely won’t regret choosing this property!

Just right!

This property was super clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our trip (to see the solar eclipse!) The layout of the house was great for two families with a wide range of kids, giving everyone enough private space. The lovely common areas were comfy and a great place to spend time together. We really loved gathering around the large island for meals and games. Being able to walk to the coffee shop and dinner was a treat, and we loved how close the property is to Geneva-on-the-Lake.

Part of wedding party

We booked this house as part of our wedding party for my parents and we stayed at the larger house next door. This little house was much larger on the inside. It was quite and clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well. The host was very communicative but not invasive. I would highly recommend this property if staying the the area. Perfect for ladies weekend in wine country.

Perfect house for two families!

Beautiful accommodations

This house exceeded all of our expectations! A total of 6 adults spent the weekend here for a bachelorette party, and the house was wonderful. Very clean, well appointed, plenty of space and beds for everyone to be comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen were stocked nicely and check in/check out was seamless. Beth allowed us to check in a couple of hours early, which was so appreciated! I even accidentally locked the door handle instead of just locking the keypad one night on our way out, and Beth graciously made her was over at night to unlock it for us without complaint. She was so gracious. We used Elite transportation all weekend to go to the strip, and around the wineries. They were wonderful and very prompt. It was about a $32 trip from the house to GOTL one way, so split between a group, the price wasn’t bad. The coffee shop down the street, Scribblers, is a 1 minute walk from the house and had delicious breakfasts and coffee. We didn’t use the fire pit out back at the house but we did enjoy sitting in the sun with some drinks on the patio. This location would be perfect for a family vacation, or even a friends get together/bachelorette party. Just know you’ll be paying for taxis if you don’t drive yourself around the town. We all agreed we’d love to come back! 5 stars all around.

Cute house in wine country

We loved our stay at this cute place! A lot of the place seems to be recently renovated and new. The check in process was easy. This house is super close to everything you need in Geneva - the Lake in one direction and the wineries in the other direction. Some recommendations: Scribblers coffee right next door has excellent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We went to Cove night club on a Friday night and they had dueling pianos which was a blast! All of the wineries we went to were great - cask 307, Debonne, and Kosicek. Kosicek has corn hole and wine slushies so that one was a fun one to end on.

Perfect bachelorette stay

We were a group of 10 and spent the weekend here for a bachelorette party. The house was absolutely perfect for our group and we fit very comfortably. We enjoyed sitting around the huge island and how the kitchen opens up into the living room. The house was very clean and the owner left a wonderful manual with detailed instructions and suggestions. We were able to walk a few doors down for dinner at Old Mill Winery and were within 10-15 minutes of all the wineries we wanted to visit. I’d definitely stay here again!
