The location of this hotel is top. Great. Right in the middle of town. The rooms are small. Very compact but for one or 2 nights it’s okay. Nice bed. Good linens.

Modern, comfortable and great location. This was a great place to stay for our time in Geneva. The room is fairly small, but the space is used well. The use of technology is great, with smart lighting and motorized blinds controlled by ipad or phone app or physical switches on the wall. 15 minute walk to bus/train station. The king bed is comfortable, the air conditioner was perfect and the shower pressure and water temp were excellent. All the main sights are within walking distance or hop on the tram for 15 minutes to get to the UN building. Overall a great experience staying at this hotel.

Nice hotel in an excellent location right in the hub of everything. The room was very clean with a very comfortable bed and given the location the soundproofing and blackout blinds were spot on for a quiet sound nights sleep. Breakfast was good and staff lovely, very accommodating - fab coffee baristas! My only criticism is that there was no wash/freshen facilities available as there is with most hotels so if you’re staying on in the area on check out day storing luggage isn’t a problem but freshening up for your onward journey is .. but aside of that it’s a nice city hotel and I’d recommend it.

Citizen M Geneve is a unique experience in an ideal location. The room is tiny but the experience is an expanded digtial realm controlled by a tablet supplied by the hotel. It contains radio, TV, workouts, mood setting environments and more. The staff is very helpful. It also has easy access to trams and airport bus, restaurants, and shops.
