Moved me to another hotel!

I had been booked at the hotel edelweiss for over 2 months and when I arrived they said they had made a mistake and couldn’t check me in due to a group booking. They moved me to a sister hotel which was ok but not what I booked and in a different neighborhood. It was very disappointing

Lovely hotel, with lovely staff. Could not recommend this hotel enough. The restaurant is gorgeous. Close to the lake, only a short walk to the Mouettes. The staff couldn’t do enough for us and made our stay lovely. If I were to return to Geneva, this would be the place to stay! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here for a couple weeks two years ago, and were so thoroughly happy, that we decided to take a small detour on our skiing trip to sleep in Geneva just because we knew this hotel was a sure stay. My favorite hotel in Geneva, I always stay here. The location is very convenient- close to main train station, lake, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Everything is in walking distance. Excellent hotel, great location. Restaurant is not open Sundays but you are 50m from the nearest restaurants, so it was pretty easy. Great room, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Job done

Stay in an alpine lodge while in Geneva!

Hotel Edelweiss is an absolute gem - a 10 minute stroll from the City Centre, nothing is too far away. The restaurant is amazing - you are immediately transported to the slopes, with ski memorabilia everywhere. Surrounded by pubs, restaurants and local shops, this really is a find.
